Microwave jacket potatoes, mackerel and cous cous , sw ready meals or low fat super noodles or pasta n sauce are some good quick lunch options well done Danielle for keeping to plan as much as possible x
I'm so much like you Danielle. I'm struggling to fit sw in with my lifestyle. Calorie counting fitted in better and to be honest I lost more weight calorie counting. With sw I tend to wait way too long between meals . I really need to get my head around it . Lots of luck 🎉
Half a pound gain is nothing Danielle, you will soon get that off and more. The secret is in the planning like you say and being organised which isn’t easy when you are juggling everything in your life. You have a great incentive for the next 3 weeks!!!! Good luck. Hope Harper is better now ❤xx
Right cmon Danielle we WILL do this. I'm definitely like u do so well during the week then spoil it at weekend. I also struggle of an evening but no more messing around let's do this we know it works. You are such a lovely person❤xx
Ive just started week 3 and it’s been a hectic week too😅 planning my meals has helped a lot but i always have something in the freezer for emergencies that is free!!
Planning ahead is key. Maybe have some of the Iceland SW ready meals in the freezer and some instant rice for low syn lunches? Jacket potatoes with ham, eggs, and a bag of salad are a regular go-to for me. Please don’t feel disheartened, you can absolutely do this 😊
@@daniellecindyI’ve tried some of the SW meals in the past. Theyre good but they are really expensive and I’m trying to cut down on processed food. Nothing wrong in an emergency or if you want something quick and easy xx
@@daniellecindy tbh the only ready meal I really enjoy is the chicken tikka masala, but there are other SW products like their meatballs, sausages and chips which you can use as part of a meal. The teriyaki salmon is absolutely amazing but it’s over £6 so I only have it occasionally. I think you probably need to try a few and see what you think 😊
@@clairesingleton7399 yes, I can easily spend £60 on a few emergency items. But I do think they’re worth having in the freezer for those “cba” times we all have.
I've started again set new target , I always plan out what I'm going eat for tge day, but sometimes I change it. I got lot book aswell . I don't know what wrong with me im finding hard stick to it I like I use to. Half pound not bad . Your so lovley I always support you
Awww Danielle you are doing great, juggling lots of plates in the air is hard, I remember when my teenagers were the age of your children and it’s blinkin full on, mind you it still is and mine are 13 and 17 but it’s in a different way. I struggle with the stress they cause me with their increasing Kevin and Perry attitude moments which causes me stress then making me go sod it! You are so right though in saying there will always be reasons to not be on plan, with whatever food lifestyle you want because it’s not going to change with our daily busy lives. Be kind to yourself, 1/2 pound is nothing could literally be salt, water, and remember your body doesn’t know at whatever time you weigh in each week to show that loss. It can fluctuate so much that if you’d weighed in few hours later it could have been a maintain. You’re great and planning in whichever way is a great idea. I can’t meal prep either with having meals done for 3 to 4 days ahead, not only that my eldest would nick it ! 😂❤❤ keep smiling and get those nails done xx
2 weeks in and half stone down 🎉slimming world rocks nothing can beat it ❤

Yes Sue you are absolutely right. We can do this!! 😘
Keep going . I’m like you finding it hard to fit in to life ! Thinking of trying cc . Will see . Love your honesty ❤
How about buying a slow cooker , i find its a god send as you throw your food in and leave it to cook ! Planning is the “key” though 😊
Planning is the key to any diet. I’m not on SW but I slip up if I haven’t planned
