I'm trying to engrave but tbe letters went off of the tag I was trying to engrave. Will this fix that issue?

When you are engraving, you will want to place your tag on a specific place on the mat, and then line up your text on the mat preview page in the location of your tag. You can also use the SnapMat feature to better align your text. help.cricut.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009379934-SnapMat-FAQ

Question - I have two images, and I want to align them next to each other - with their sides touching. For example - if I have one square thats 2x2, and another square thats 2x3, and I align the tops and bottoms, but I want the 2 squares to touch ,so that the right side of the 2x2 square is right up next to the left side of the 2x3 square ? Where if I selected them both and hit weld, they would merge into one square thats is 2x5?
How can I accomplish that? Kind of aligning, but having the 2 images touch - right up next to each other.
Not aligning both left sides, but the LEFT side of image 2, to the RIGHT side of image 1?
    Thanks in advance.

The align tool does not allow you to align images in this way. You will have to do it manually. I would try zooming in more to better line things up so you can see that there is no gap, etc. Also, if you are able to use the iPad app, instead of the desktop app, you can use the Smart Guides to help align your images. They are guide lines that help you align your images when they are close to each other.

I made 3 lines of text and added Offset to them and added an image to the middle of the words but I tried everything attaching, flatten, etc but it won’t let me distribute the lines across evenly nor make basic . Anyone please what am I doing wrong? Thanks

Can someone please help! If I have two square shapes and want to join the bottom of the square on top, to the top of the square on the bottom, how is that done? Hope this makes sense.

@@barbra429 the easiest way that I know to do this, is to place both squares on the canvas. Then, use the align tool to center them horizontally with a small space between the top and bottom square.
Next, click on the bottom square, and use your arrow up key on the keyboard to move the bottom square up to touch the bottom of the top square.
Last, use the combine tool to weld the two squares together. Once they are welded, you should not be able to see the line between the two squares. If you still see the line, you will need to move the bottom square up just a tiny bit more. Hope that helps!

@@LaurasCraftyLife Hi, I don't want to weld them together, and when I manually make them touch, I feel it's not accurate.

@@barbra429 there is no way to use tools to do what you are wanting to do as far as I know.

You can use the align tool with text boxes as well.
