True
Sounds a bit weird, maybe Busting Myths, or something like that?
Steve Mould is a great guy. He wasn't even trying to get the effect named after him. He was trying to demonstrate something in chemistry and didn't have the right equipment and used metal beads instead and saw a strange phenomenon occur and then it went viral with everyone trying to explain it.

You guys have inspired me and please do a vid where you make diamond water !
Hey guys, The Mythbusters - Jamie and Adam - did an episode where they did a whole section on the chain fountain effect. Definitely worth checking out
They totally did, used it for part of an entire season intro.
I see beads. Oooh mould effect. Then they actually mention his name and credit. Sweet.
Steve if you're in the comments I think you're awesome. FOSN is amazing!
The king of random and blossom doing science experiments you learned as kids and thinking they are new

Regarding bones in vinegar... My garden supply sells a 30% white vinegar... The standard kitchen variety is 5%. Try that with the 30% and see what happens...

I love how you are keeping Grants legacy alive. You should give cool random facts about him or a picture of him sometime.
wait what would happen if you cut open a helium balloon that had been shrunken in liquid nitrogen?
You guys GOTTA clean that sink faucet!!!
That first one is one I did in school; I thought nearly everyone knew about it
Thank you for putting out content again. I love watching and learning stuff from you guys before bed
I did the last one as a science fair project in kindergarten. I kept them in vinegar for maybe 3 days and it worked.
After watching a lot of your debunking videos, I’m actually surprised that these life hacks actually worked!

"They dramatised it a bit, and that's okay,"
No, no it's not. Not when one is presenting a fact. If it's explicitely fiction, then sure, but Blossom promises "life hacks, DIYs and home improvement ideas", which means that these 'dramatisations' are more accurately called 'lies so our videos sell better'.
Dude, they were just saying that cuz it's the least complicated thing to say.
I am loving the videos , keep it up Nate .
Callie: To be honest I still need an adult most of the time.
:)
Hi, great videos!
Softening bones in Vinegar(active ingredient is Acetic Acid): You can get Vinegars that have a much higher concentration of Acetic Acid (Accelerate the decalcification). Off the grocery store shelve may be 6%, you can get 45% through Amazon.

The editing is amazing
What happens when you put liquid nitrogen in dry ice?
This I would like to see
the liquid nitrogen would bounce right off of the dry ice because of the huge temperature difference. And if you made a hole for the liquid nitrogen in the dry ice, it would just boil there until it completely evaporates.
@Jacob Crawford link?
I like the intro, and I really like you guys as hosts, keep up the awesome work (:

Do you know "the action lab"?
He did the mould (thank for correction @bo pijpker) effect (the thing with the cup and metal chain thing)
Actually it's Mould effect, as in it was named after scientist and youtuber Steve Mould
You’re playing with matches and called aluminum foil dangerous i love it😂
Video idea : you can try to carbonate different liquids like mlik,oil,etc...🙃

I have long hair, so I love playing with the faucet after I'm done combing, ever since I learned about that trick in Physics.

The comb on the balloon actually really scared me.

Can you dissolve paper and remake your own?
I love these debunking videos you should do them more often
EARLY ILY GUYS
Where did you get that cool little flood light at the 4:05 mark?
Hi
First
I'm pretty positive that this will destroy your cotton candy machine, but what will happen if you put hot glue in it. Because if you glue something with hot glue, it makes some thin strings like cotton candy strings.
I used to do that comb & water thing All the time when I was a kid. I learned how to do it somewhere & I had to show EVERYONE I was magical lol! ~☆Abracadabra☆~💫💦💥

With the chicken bones, one factor could be how thoroughly the surface is cleaned of meat and other remnants. Try pulling the meat off a well-cooked drumstick, and then scrub it a bit w/ soap and a kitchen scrubbie.
Im so early!
Yeah, I knew about the bending water and the rubber bone.
I frankly didn't expect a Blossom video to be true.

Can you do some of your usual experiments on playdoh? Freeze drying it, putting it in liquid nitrogen, burning it, melting it etc? I think it would be cool
You guys are like the new myth busters
I've been balancing two forks on two toothpicks on top of a salt shaker for over 10 years man. You got it from Beakman's World.
I saw someone do the chain one in class once. The sarcastic/weird/funny/cool kid stood on a table and did the experiment. He did not fall, although he’s broken two to three bones in this school year. The experiment was one or two days after Mardi Gras , so he collected a lot of beads to put together.
For the trick balancing forks on toothpicks, you can get it right down to the very end by lighting the protruding end on fire. When it hits the junction, there is not enough heat value to keep it going in it extinguishes, leaving the remainder of things perfectly balanced point to point.
The whole ball chain in a cup thing is something you figure out as a kid have fun for 10 minutes with and then move on just like the cups jumping
The optical disc trick is something else, and I never thought of doing it. xD
Makes a cool party trick.
