So very true. The Gospel is powerful in itself to save the elect. But it's a shame for those who perish. I ran away from God because sin was attractive and appealing. I loved sin. I got lost, hopeless. Back then I didn't know the heavenly hound was at my heels. I thank God for choosing me to save me. I thank God for the sovereign plan of salvation which is the work of God alone cos I know undeserving sinners like me could never look for a Holy God on our own.

    Be Honest.
This is more teachings on the Doctrines of Calvinism.
I don't follow Calvinism, I follow Jesus, who is one with the Father, not some distant unaproachable God.
The Word made flesh, not just the one on paper, or preached.
Not the one who is seperated from the whole council of Scripture by the Doctrines of Grace
    Colossians 1:15-17, Hebrews 1:3, John 1:18, John 14:9.
    Paul said 1 Corinthians 11
Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ,
and as it is written in 1 John 2:6
whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.
Read the story in the Gospels sometime,
    and try it.

My God are you for real why not put your obvious bias about about what the gospel understanding which is rooted in biblical and historical understanding but has the unfortunate luck of having been articulated by Calvin and listen to these men of God with your Bible open then prayerfully consider whether what they teach is Christ centred apostolic biblical Christianity .

@@thembamaselane5885 this guy copy and pastes pretty much the same thing on every video. To act like he does and be so wrong you wonder what he actually believes instead (arminian, Catholic, etc.?) As he's never answered we'll have to guess.

Sad how your blind bias coming out of your uninformed assumption about so called free will which doctrines of Grace man having a will or volition only we subscribe to the bible's assessment like every thing about us it is in bondage to sin.

@@ThembaMaselane After reading the Bible, having been involved with many denominations, walking and having fellowship with Jesus for over 40 years I can hardly be accused of blind bias
I understand how people extrapolate the called Doctrines of Grace
from scripture but they are just not there and that is not what it is talking about.
Jesus died to free us from sin
And, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.
We are a new creation in Him
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.
The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live,
      but Christ lives in me.
The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind,
HAVING FORGOTTEN THAT HE WAS CLEANSED FROM HIS FORMER SINS.

@@HearGodsWord Themba Maselane responded again to this old post
I had not noticed your response above.
I'm sorry I don't fit into your theological box
but I've got news for you
      Neither does God
      He is a Living God
      If Hearing God's Word
doesn't lead you to fellowship with the person of Jesus
      You missed the point
