Amsterdam tijdens de coronacrisis

Jaarlijks komen er in april meer dan een miljoen toeristen naar Amsterdam.
Maar niet in 2020. Ondanks het prachtige voorjaarsweer is er geen toerist te bekennen. Door de coronacrisis is het stil in de stad. Veel winkels zijn gesloten en de meeste Amsterdammers blijven thuis. Wát een verschil met andere jaren!
Every year in April more than a million tourists come to Amsterdam.
But not in 2020. Despite the beautiful spring weather, there is no tourist in sight. Due to the corona crisis, the city is quiet. Many shops are closed and most residents of the city remain at home. What a difference from other years!
