You could tell that the higher up only thinks of the D-class as a commodity but the researcher who is 'down in the trenches' still sees them as human. It's a cool little insight into the Foundation and not one we get to see very often. I think that creates space for really compelling stories.

Also-also, the higher ups in the foundation seem surprisingly educated, considerate, and ethical, despite their cruel nature in many of your videos.

For those that want more lore into the Red Sea Object, I recommend reading about Lord Blackwood’s adventure into the Land of the Unclean. It gives an explanation as to what those giant humanoids are. I know it’s not canon, but I like to see it as a good candidate for canon.
