Idiot Sets Timing on an E23 BMW 733I!
Things are gonna start to come together now! The head goes ON! Torqued up and ready, and I set the final timing on this old BMW 733I M30 engine. Its pretty easy. We button up a few more things too. It is getting really close now!

There is a BMW specified bolt order for oil pan to prevent leaks.
Lightly tightened every 3rd bolt within 5 minutes, every 2nd bolt after every 5th bolt but only on Tuesdays.
Tighten 3 times out of order, back them out and try again, but only on Wednesdays.
Otherwise if this confuses you,
Just do whatever. It's all the same and will leak anyways.

im a bmw owner for 40 years, next week im getting a 82 bmw 735i in great shape for 1000 us dollars, with just a little problem, trans is not shifting very well car been seating for 7 years, what should i check to try to move the car out the yard, please need some advice, i own a e30 conv for 25 years i do most of the work thanks
