Probably not training for hypertrophy. If you are doing less than 5 reps you are not going to grow as much as the person doing 6-12 or even 15 reps. Also there is the factor of genetics and diet. And if you do isolation exercises for example you will probably have bigger arms than the person doing only compounds (considering both people could lift about the same weight in compound exercises)

@@straus2785 Dejan is doing street workout for 8 years straight (since he was 19 years old). Before that he was a gymnast for 12 years (age 6-18). He stopped working out from the age of 18 to 19, so for about a year.
