  • 85% of your problems should be solved IMMEDIATELY!
Do you have a system, strategy or process for solving problems?
Do you want one? I’m revealing mine in my new video/Audio release today👊🏽
The reason people have SO MANY problems and obstacles in their path is that most people are INDECISIVE. Instead of taking MASSIVE ACTION, they become stagnant and frozen in their problems and NEVER make a decision.
Being DECISIVE, Being CERTAIN and taking MASSIVE ACTION is the #1 habit you must build to eliminate your problems!
This will help obliterate most of them immediately.
Think about the biggest problem you have right now. What effect is it having on your entire life? Is it affecting your family life? Is it affecting your work? Your faith? Your Finances? Your happiness? Your health? Now imagine what your life would be like if you were able to ELIMINATE that problem!
In this new release, I’m going to teach you my 3 steps process on how to become a MASTER PROBLEM SOLVER and eliminate 85% of the problems you are dealing with!
The most successful and happy people are DECISIVE. LEADERS ARE DECISIVE! I'm so excited to share these strategies with you. This time to build this habit right NOW!
BE DECISIVE. Make the decision and LISTEN/WATCH NOW!

Procrastination is a business killer. At Penji, we focus on the top 3 most important things for our teams to work on each day. Managers know when a team member isn't following instructions or is procrastinating because their to-do list is consistently met with projects or tasks that simply don't matter. I'm sure this goes without saying but the instructions and guide that Ed gives here is business gold. Most items that are placed on the "side table" so to speak, can usually get done in just 5-15 minutes if you just focus 100% of your time and energy on said task.

Absolutely, this highlights a vital aspect of productivity - the importance of focusing on high-impact tasks. Just like in a game of chess, where the right moves matter more than the number of moves, in business too, making strategic decisions and prioritizing tasks that truly drive results can make all the difference.

Absolutely nailed it with this video, Ed! 🙌 The struggle with indecisiveness can be such a stumbling block for many on their path to success. Here are three key takeaways I gathered:
1⃣ Clarity of Purpose: Indecision often stems from not having a clear vision or purpose. By defining our 'why', we can navigate choices with more confidence and alignment to our goals.
2⃣ Trust in Experience: Every experience, whether good or bad, adds to our wisdom. By trusting our past and learning from it, we can make more informed decisions without overthinking.
3⃣ Limit Choices: Sometimes, too many options can paralyze us. By narrowing down choices or setting boundaries for ourselves, we can alleviate the burden of indecision and move forward more swiftly.
Ed, your insights always resonate deeply. This is a much-needed message for all of us looking to level up in life. Keep inspiring! 👏

YES, at 7:30 he mentions the key point of not letting small problems to fester and grow. Avalanches of problems have their roots in tiny problems that festered. It's like stopping cancer in its earliest stages. Don't let things rot and fester. That's my biggest takeaway from this part of the video. Good stuff.

Everyone should have this mentality towards problems. The time I have spent mindlessly worryingly about things. So many problems didn’t turn out the terrible way I was imagining, such a waste of time and energy and caused so much stress.

This video was a great reminder to me of the value of problems in my life. I was able to take more than a page worth of notes from this video, and it really hit home for me. 90% of my energy and focus should be towards the solution! This is the first thing I wrote down, and it hits home as I read it over and over again. I know for the last 9 months, the majority of my focus has been on my problems, and I feel that it has stifled my creativity. If you ask me if I think I'm a creative person, I would tell you that I struggle being creative. But usually that's because I don't keep my physiology in check the way Ed suggests in this video. When I go to the gym, go for a walk, lift weights, bicycle ride, etc. I always get some kind of idea. Which leads to another idea, then another, and another. And then the creative train begins to move along the solution track again! Thanks Ed!

Great tips, I think the idea is to box the problem, execute the solution as a plan and concentrate on the solution, not the problem and know that we are gaining from it.

You need to welcome the problems you encounter in your life. Problems are an indicator that you are on the path to doing something great with your life. Keep going and never give up because of the problems you encounter. #maxout #ONEMORE
