This is incredible. It's like a meld of ambient music from meditation channels and soundtrack-style music. Well-suited to flow-state, but without becoming numbing in repetition. I think I might have half a chance of successfully meditating to this music, but I could equally well write to it. That's so cool. And it's beautiful.

You have no idea how much your music has calmed my night terrors since I've started listening to it the past few months. Between my ADHD and anxiety, I can't sleep without music. I start having panic attacks within incredibly lucid dreams. 100 thoughts rush my mind when there is no music playing, whether if it's before or after I fall asleep. I've made many play lists of game/ tv OST's and tried a lot of other artists that do 8 hour sleep music. But nothing I've ever heard before has captivated me while i sleep. Your music is calming yet entertaining. It's alluring, mystical, and embracing. A story plays within my mind as i sleep, and the music guides it along. The 8 hour vocals are just incredible.

Even though I dont have ADHD and anxiety, and even thought I cant understand you fully about this, I think I at least know what its like to have endless thoughts going through your mind all at once. I find that writing really saves me and relaxed me about this, I can not recommend journaling enough to you about this! And if you feel like my music truly helps you, you can even try journaling with my music on and see what happens! I also want to mention something else. My boyfriend has ADHD too, along with Low Latent Inhibition, I was the one who suggested he has that actually. Low Latent Inhibition is such a blessing/curse type of thing and it makes you notice everything going on around you without your brain filtering any sensory information. I of course dont say you have it, but I felt like you may find the topic interesting and look it up maybe. (Its a condition that Michael Scofield has in Prison Break and its actually what makes him the genious he is.) Also, have you ever heard about personality types? My boyfriend is ENFP (I'm INFJ) and I've been noticing around me that ENFPs are naturally very prone to having ADHD, they are naturally kind of chaotic🤭😊But they are one of my favourite personality types, they are very inspiring, full of new ideas all the time and they usually get along so well with INFJs. When me and boyfriend started to learn about personality types, it was so mind blowing to us, it still is and we still learn more stuff about it everyday! I have a feeling that you might also find it fascinating, so just wanted to encourage you to take the test and learn your type. Asuming you didn't go through something traumatic, are you not in luck? You said lucid? As in you are aware and in control? Probably a misunderstanding but if not you can fix whatever messes with you. The way i see it lucid dreaning is the closest thing to godhood we will ever achieve.
Elder scrolls oblivion ambience music always helps me go to sleep and have better dreams where I lucid dream but I realize, accept and explore my dreams and know I will wake up from it and to enjoy it when I can realize I’m in a dream! Lucid dreaming is like dipping a toe into the afterlife, a world of our creation! Try and learn to control it and love it❤❤ love and light to you!

Try eating nutritional yeast daily, it has the full (or almost) spectrum of B vitamins which help angsiety and fears, you will feel inner calm x
