For a view like the one in the video, go to high mountains far away from human habitation during full moon night and you will see these sort of views. It could be anywhere like the Himalaya in Asia or Andes in south america or Alps in europe or Rocky mountains in north america.
We had a little dog and I used to play this cut, so he would relax and sleep every night. I sure miss that little guy sleeping beside me. Music made us both forget the troubles of life.

It's so comforting when it's familiar. I started listening in 2020 in bed at night. I had an illness for two and a half years that no one knew how to fix. So this music was one of the things I listened to to comfort me.
I love the familiarity of it now. The way the mountain is lit up and the grass and water move.

This music works wonders in slowing down my heart rate and breathing when I’m stressed. I suffer from Hypercousis & this helps drown out the environmental noises that drive me nuts. Like Angels singing, pure Heaven!
I love this music of meditation. I get more relaxed just not feel anything but seeing what's in front of me that so beautiful and peaceful. The night sky with moon and glowing stars, and the shading of blue all over the water, the ground, and the snowy mountains.

You were walking down a field filled with grass. Flowers surrounded your being, making your eyes widen in wonder and awe. You crouched down on the ground and gently picked up a beautiful golden flower that glittered in the moonlight. You then look up at the night sky that was filled with yellow stars. Your galaxy colored eyes landed on the beautiful and stunning moon that hung lazily in the sky. It's silver moonlight shined gently on your face and surroundings around you.
You couldn't help but smile softly, as a memory hit your brain. You remembered the time when your father used to take you out to the fields and gaze at the moon and stars. You could hear the water nearby, you looked down and saw the river were you and your father would fo out fishing in the holidays. It brought great joy to your heart everytime you spent time with him. The river glistened in the moonlight, making it shine and reflect the silver moon above your being.
A gentle breeze washed through your face and hair, making your brown reddish hair sway back and forth a little. You then laid down on the green grass and stared up at the sky. But your weren't just looking at the sky. No. You were looking at a specific yellow star that gazed down at you. You felt something wet drip down your cheek, and brought up a hand to whip it away. You looked down at your hand and noticed it was a tear. Another tear rolled down your cheek, that eventually turned into many tears. You let your hand fall down to your side and stared at the special star that meant alot to you.

I've been going to this sleep video for years now. Put the head phones on and look at the beautiful, haunting image that pulls at my heart strings. Does it to me every single time. This is the one our baby selected as his go to sleepy time music. He hears it then smiles and drifts off to sleep. We have to turn it off if we want him to wake up.
