He has really great information. We lived on post, but we had plenty of friends that lived off post. There is everything out there, good food, plenty of shopping. There are a lot of great communities around post and a little drive away.
One of the worse decisions i ever make in my life. I became a targeted individual! Upon complaining about the racists poplice department. One of the worse downtowns and surrounding areas ive seen. It is definitely built for a much smaller place! And city officials didn't have the vision to grow with the population.
@livinginnorthcarolina181 Thanks for sharing your views. I had been in Fayetteville from 2007 to 2023 (on and off). I am now based out in Charlotte NC. Fayetteville NC is really not that bad. It is just bland and you can't grow with it unless you are a military contractor. As already stated. What hurts Fayetteville is it lack of vision, stuck in time, racism and it ability to transition into the 21st century. But it is a very affordable place to live because of those circumstances.

I also would like to see small to medium size loans with low interests for minorities own businesses. It would galvanized the kind of growth that these communities need. I would specifically focused on Russell Street and South of Green and Gillespie Street (Person's Street). I would even incorporate the Haymount region with downtown.
