  • Readings from the works of Nizam ad-Din Awliya and his biographies give us a glimpse into the transformative nature of his gatherings. He embraced humanity in all its difference, and in this session, Shaykh Abdal Hakim reflects that was through this simple, loving, and effective teaching that the subcontinent submitted to Islam.
    This talk was delivered on May 11, 2019.

      Many saints have talked about having meraj but this is very different from our prophet pbuh....the meraj which saints claim is out of esctacy of the feeling of spiritual union but the meraj of the prophet is an absolute higher dimension of consciousness spl. Reserved for him which one can also make out..while studying the incidents of the meraj carefully which is completely different from the experience of the saints.

      Well if Pakistan did not exist millions of Muslims would have been displaced and genocide under the RSS regime. The fact is many walis Sufi mystics were involved in helping the creation of Pakistan. Muhammad Iqbal had a dream were saw Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him telling Jinnah was chosen for the task to create Pakistan and he was deemed as his gulam. What I find sad is how a creation and dream of walis with the sanction of the prophet and God is now being branded as a mistake, it think the shaykh is quite misplaced in this regard. After the fall of the Ottoman Empire a group of Muslims dreamed of modeling creating a nation state after Medinah. If the dream of Iqbal and Jinnah are fulfilled today Pakistan would have been very different place. Similar to sultans, and caliphs they are not infallible people and Pakistan always struggled for good leadership. I suggest the shaykh can read up on Naimatillah wali shah a Sufi saint whose gave many predictions about many events on the order of Good which have been recorded and each one of them have been right. The creation of Pakistan was a very important event in Islamic history as it plays a crucial role as the nation of khurasan which will join with the Mahdi.

    • @yulat1137
      @yulat1137 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ellagardener538 Both Jinnah and Iqbal were secular in outlook. Pakistan was demanded and created in 1947 on the notion that the Muslims are a race and as such deserved their own homeland. The motivation for the creation of a homeland for Jews was that they deserved a home
      In both cases the argument was that if they were not granted their wish they would face or continue to face hardship at the hands of the other race or races. Is that a coincidence or were the Muslims duped into paving the ground for the Zionists?

    After partition, in Karachi, an immigrant man upon death bed, called the neighbour, told him that he was dieing, handing over some money for funeral, the teenage neighbor asked about the 2 little girls of her, the departing man replied, Allah is best caretaker of them, and the soul departed. Teenage neighbor gave the news to others, meanwhile, teenage neighbour's father came, took hold of both the little girls, performed funeral, and in next few days handed over girls to 2 wealthy families from immigrants,
    25 years after the event, the teenage neighbor now a grown up man visited Civil Hospital to see some patient, a lady doctor introduced herself as one of those girls and RMO on duty, upon query regarding other sister, She replied "She is RMO of the other ward.
