@IdeationSketches But most leaders in fields in which women tend to seek postsecondary education are women. In spite of two decades of spending to encourage Canadian women into traditionally male education, such as the three most common backgrounds of CEOs - MBA, Enigineering, and Economics - women remain uninterested in those fields. While roughly 25% of Canada's CEOs are women, their representation in those programs is roughly 33%, 14%, and 40%, respectively. Depending on numbers in each program, and given that it is less likely for women to WANT to serve as the heads of companies, 25% isn't that off.
As to politics, it's like pulling teeth in Canada to find women who want to participate (Trudeau has the most diversity placements ever, but he paid zero attention to ability and credentials). Globally, lots of women have led countries.

    Need answers! Here you go!
    1) Experienced workers can’t return back into the workforce because companies do not want to pay them for that experience because experienced workers = higher wages that companies have to pay them.
    2) Of course recent graduates have it easier to find jobs than experienced workers because companies can undercut graduates with low wages vs. paying higher wages for experienced workers.
    3) Regarding NEETs, when you have expensive post-secondary education and/or expensive vocational training combine with poor job prospects then that means young people don’t want to risk student debt to graduate in a field with no future job growth or settle for a minimum wage job with student debt.
    4) Young people are very sensitive and receptive to their reality, especially to how cruel reality has become for them. Humans always degrade others on trivial things just to feel superior so when a mentally fragile youngster gets a rude awakening to how brutal society can be, then they’ll shelter themselves indoors because people can control their environment indoors. They cannot control their environment when being present in society. Besides, being criticized online is not as jarring as being criticized in your face.

The pressure on young men tohave families in this cost of living crisis like in Japan may be a huge terrifying issue! Im a single mother of 2 kids and i dont have stable housing! I cant afford to take care of my kids alone. So why should men not be afraid?

13% unemployment for 18-26 year old summer student jobs in Ontario. Could it be the increase in immigration and increased hours for international students maybe? My kid is 10 and hes white. Im pushing him to be a life gaurd for when hes 16! I hope it works. At least he wants to join the military....plenty of jobs there!!

Yet the trades have a HUGE shortage. Also, nursing could use more men.
I took a trade and got hired before graduation. But I got an apprenticeship and now have a good life.
These young men need to man up and get a trade.

No jobs but properties prices are going up. PC leader Pierre Poilievre is one the main problem as he owns multiple properties and the greed causing unfordable housing. I will not vote for him unless I'm very rich as his policy will help the very rich not the average middle class or low income folks.

Schools have a “do not fail” policy (or at least in my province of NB). The economy of the school has become the priority over the quality of education. You’d think if a real education was valued, the provinces would adopt whatever country has the highest education scores methodology and build from there. Canada has a long way to go to before becoming a country worth bragging about.
Young men need to be burdened with responsibilities to help shape their minds. Duty and purpose, instead we rear children that never have to grow up. I believe the army would do a better job at turning those boys into men than the education system.

So, lazy and not too bright?
