    I had issues with my Camaro every time I fueled up. Didn’t matter if it was from empty or half a tank, it would sputter on the first start attempt but eventually fire up after the second or third. This video and these comments helped me solve my issue, and the part is only about 20$ for OEM. The job took 5 minutes total. Thank you 1A Auto for the video!

    • @RevCesKitchen305

      I agree. Everyone else seems to think it's the one you are talking about. I have the same issue. I had this happen when the vehicle was under warranty and they fixed it. They told me they had to drop the rear end to get to it to replace it. Less than a year later, the same exact thing happened again. Apparently this is caused by attempting to top off your tank one too many times. I guess you are supposed to stop pumping when the pump stops.

    • @ChristiRich
      @ChristiRich 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I always stopped pumping with the first shutoff, and it still failed every 15,000 miles. Now, I never fill my tank more than 3/4 full. I guess we'll see next year whether this works.

    Would this cause a P420 code on both 02 sensors? My right bank 02 sensors are detecting a cat converter inefficiency, and I'm trying to see if I can get around buying a new cat converter.

    • @1AAuto
      @1AAuto  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      +JLock17 Thanks for checking us out! The most common cause of the P420 is an issue with the cat itself. If this is defective even if there are new o2 sensors installed, it wont read correctly. Having the vehicle diagnosed may be the best way to go as there is also a chance they are the o2 sensors as well, this will tell you for sure what needs to be replaced.
