The father lost his mind around Vanessa, that he did not understand how she was cutting him off from his son and only using him for his own benefit. Even adults do stupid things, especially when someone has turned their head they start not thinking straight. It will certainly take time to rebuild the lost trust, but it is not impossible to happen, which should be given a chance for a relationship to recover. Slowly but gradually things will move and build during the process as long as it is for the sake of our loved ones we will be willing to give them a chance to prove themselves to see if they deserve our forgiveness and trust. 😌
All Vanessa wants is Robert's money, oh, she's going to be so wrong. Also, if I were Michael, I'd forgive Robert since Vanessa had tricked the latter and his own son had warned him multiple times not to trust her.
Michael may forgive his father, but he will never forget. Even though Vanessa was the one pulling the strings, it was partly his fault for letting Vanessa get under his skin without a second thought. it was a mistake on his part to choose to listen to a foreign woman who knew nothing about her own son and it took "a rock hitting his head" to realize what kind of woman he married after Michael revealed the truth about her. Sometimes a push is needed so that our loved ones can understand and see their mistakes, even if it hurts them, it will be for their and our good. 😌
