Hey dude absolutely love the build. absolutely awesome, just filmed and posted one I built for my pit bike. works like a dream, a few things need adjusting but it works. Awesome video!!
Nice! Sounds like it's revving high spinning that track through the powdery snow, might want to get a deeper track to help it link up better. Reminds me of riding my 250 in sand before I tried it with a paddle tire, still works though! You saved a fortune just by DIYing this - I might have to give this a go
honestly , been riding in snow with all of my dirtbikes, in deep snow even all winter for the last 9 years, never modified airbox , never had a problem, if the filter is oily enough it should no tbe aproblem if snow gets on it
Nicee..this is awesome bro..I will do it myself to soon, just take some pics from timbersled to have the idea..just a question it's ok just with 1skid ? Or maybe use somehow 2 skids?✌️
@@Throttleoutmedi4 thanks for your reply..I'm just thinking to use a old snowmobile track and modified the skids and the stuff between them to making more straight 🤔🤔
I am going to redesign the frame of the track, now that I have worked out all of the kinks.

Yes, it needs a better track. I am going to install it on a Polaris Predator 500 next year
Awesome creativity! Braaap
Thanks! Braaap!
Did you modify the air box? Foam and snow usually doesn’t mix .. just curious.
Good way to cook piston .
Modify like a snowmobile air box?

Running 1 skid complicates things. Running an old track off of snowmobile in my opinion is too wide. That's why I did not use the two skids.
