Bro, very informative video, few questions I have. when I will return back to my country .. Do I have to surrender my metro card to someone and once I surrender my card what about balance if any is there in it.. Aur wo 25 aed mei I get 19 aed as balance.. Remaining 6 aed mujhe return honge?
If you have balance in your card which is less than 100 AED then you can get the balance refund in cash from any metro station at a processing charge of 2.5% or 5 AED whichever is higher. If it is higher than 100 Aed then you will have to visit RTA office to get the refund. The 6 AED charged to you while issuing the card is non refundable and you don’t need to surrender the card unless you want the refund.
Also, can you help us on sharing information like.. On my Delhi to Dubai travel, Do we have to mandatory register ourself on DXB SMART APP and ALHOSN app? Dubai to Delhi travel.. Register on Air Suvidha is mandatory ? Lastly, what about RT PCR for 7 year old child.. Is that needed while travel from Delhi to Dubai and Dubai to Delhi. Thanku so much
