Indian music appreciation: Every time I think I've explored the best of these genres, I discover yet another gem. Absolutely amazing to listen to their voices, instruments, including the expressive body language. I can't imagine what attending a live performance would be like, but looking forward to it someday. here, mahesh ji is singing in hindusthani and sandeep ji is singing in carnatic....such a beautiful rendition from two different musical forms of south and north india. there is a very little difference between hindusthani and carnatic music which makes them blend wonderfully.

I don't understand music but the beautiful transition from one voice to another and how it keeps going to and fro feels like they're literally talking to each other and esp when their voices merge after 3:30 and 4:02 feels so satisfying to the ears.
