I've been wanting something with Nichols damascas... but nothing bas caught my eye until now. Its a hundred bucks more than this one in your vid. I'm happy to see the blade kick out.... unlike a Sebenza or an Inkosi which seems to want to roll out.
Can't go wrong with an SHF!! I Actually just picked up a Second one!! I like it that much!! If you're going to use your knife it's a Great one!! In theory it shouldn't cut good but it does!! Of course an aftermarket Hollow grind would make it cut better But you'd be sacrificing some strength.
The other day I was shooting the shiz with my buddy and right out the corner of left eye I saw her... smoking hot "babe" carrying 2 SHF's... then I woke up... I don't own a SHF but when I was at the Spartan Showroom the customer service was outstanding. The lady allowed myself and few friends to bombard her with questions and requests to see knives. She was very welcoming and informative on all things Spartan.. She went in the back and came out with a armful of hats. Each of us walked out with 4-5 hats each... 18 hats total. The day was made.. TY Spartan..
This is a knife I hope to have one day. I think I'd prefer a plane Jane to the "babe" version. Although they have some other cool engraved models as well. Great video 👍
Babe.... I have the black DLC version for about 3 weeks now. It hasn't left my pocket. To give you an idea, I have several other knives to choose from including hinderer's , chaves, microtech's, Spyderco's, zt's... You get the picture. This is an awesome knife and I love using it!
