I met Mimms "big brother" this weekend in Georgia. I was wearing a Bengals t shirt. He said something to me. He was a very polite young man. I told him I was excited to see his brother play. Great guy. I put "big brother" in quotes because he is clearly smaller than his "little brother."
I think the WR3 spot is a rotational door for the Bengals, they are so deep at the position it gives them multiple options at the line of scrimmage. I think Zac Taylor and Pitcher the OC is going to be able to open up the playbook some with guys like Burton and Islosivas in the slot,or on the outside in single man coverage. Because now you have a guy in Mike Gesiki that can do all the things Tyler Boyd did in the middle of the field,so it opens up your play calling on the outside. I really like what the Bengals have at that WR position, all those snaps they are getting in camp is really going to help the offense move the chains early in the season when defenses are locked on Jamarr Chase and Tee Higgins.
I love the idea of Yoshi being a contributor. What a good-looking guy! If you watched him last year, you would remember the many passes that hit his hands and went incomplete. That is the difference between a practice guy and an NFL wide receiver. We talk all day about route running, speed, separation, etc. The most important quality is the ability to pull in a football the is a bit overthrown while some dude is pulling you to the ground by the jersey. Anybody can catch on the practice field.
I feel lik if we wanna win it all we gotta out smart our opponents lik get as many weapons on the field as possible dnt try wait till next year lik Burton should be number 3 receiver off rep turn andre into a TE n switch everybodi around chase n slot burton on the outside play the rookie mims next to Orlando brown that’s a wall if we gone win a Super Bowl we gone have to do the unthinkable
good news about Eric All.After watching the draft, and reading up on him.All everyone was saying, was he was injured, and would be put on IR.Sounds like,he is fine.
when it comes to the wide receiver position at this point, I don't feel like there's a true WR3 on this team. chase and higgins obviously stands out above the rest, but the bengals have 4 other good options at wide receivers that they can go to. in 2021, the bengals had the best wide receiver trio in the NFL, but their depth wasn't as deep as what it is now. burrow wasn't lying when he said this is the deepest wide receiver room he's had in his career. I think I said it before he did lol. also, burrow is playing with the best tight end he's ever had in his career so far and is playing with the best o-line he's had in his career (potentially). these causal fans don't know what smoke is coming their way this season.😂
@@carlbenson6412 yes.....and like I said, I don't care.😂😂he will be ready once the season starts. burrow is getting connection with the other receivers so it will be fine.
At around 1:08,you said with Jamar Chase not at practice.I clearly saw a guy walking around in pads, with a number1 jersey on.Drinking out of a water bottle. Is that not Jamar? Did they give his jersey number to someone else?
I think we can all agree that punter is the most important position on the field and the Chiefs' punter won the Super Bowl for them last year. I dont remember the names of the quarterback or the tight end for the Chiefs, it was all about the punter.

Nice
I enjoy these side stories. Proof that the world is a small place!😊
I’m glad we can trust James’s words because he actually there at the practices!

Chuck Sizzle, Burton and Gesicki are all upgrades over Tyler Boyd
Longest offseason ever. I guess because Joey exited early.
Anyway glad to be back talking football again

If you look closely....James smile gets bigger and bigger the closer we get to the season
It's almost that time. We have a pre season game next week!
At training camp James walked right in front of me and I didn’t even notice till he was far away from me lol

Joe Brrrrr is back!!
JR prob the hardest working media guy out there …. Dude is very very good at getting us coverage
At 4:59,Mims is clearly holding,on to Myles Murphy's jersey.That would be a holding penalty,in a regular game.
Stay healthy. Start fast. Who Dey

This BS with Chase needs to stop. Pay the man and let fans watch him practice.
His money wouldn’t count till 2026 either way why not pay him now
James what are the odds you get the Joe burrow cut
Jermaine Burton will be WR #3!! 0 drops!
instead of interesting, id say its worrying that the bengals have 3 punters
