His lawn looks super consistently lush over every inch of his yard. He has a sprinkler system grid that deliver even flow of water..CONSTANTLY! I am guessing that he may have created the situation you are now up against, not knowing that the clay level was completely compromised and impacted by his watering obsessive watering in order to achieve a super green lawn “carpet”. Note to self….be aware of a huge…”obsessively perfect” and evenly blanketed green lawn. Walk it carefully for the waterbed effect and give an estimate range depending on what happens later. Giving an estimate range will help in work loss in this kind of situation…BUT…may make the home owner skeptical in your pricing intention. If he trusts you then it’s fine…however, if he thinks this guy is taking advantage…then who knows. However, learning from this experience and adjusting accordingly, can be a great learning curve in the future, especially if you can identify an area that has ALOT of clay under soil and a perfectly irrigated lawn on top. Just my little thoughts.

In effect you will be left beholding to the Debt Company for ever and a day but ultimately still owe what you borrowed.
Do your research and perhaps look at a quicker way to pay it off .
Ie take a second job and use that money to service your own debt with it.
Take control yourself.
A debt firm is a short term solution to a very long term problem.
The sad part is here in Florida we have been needing rain bad and haven’t been getting any you guys are taking it all give some back lol great video thanks for the entertainment
Imagine getting a bonus for showing up on time lol talk about eazzzyyyy money.
Yup that's like another 4k a year just to do what every adult has been expected to do for centuries
I know, right?
So everyone shows up on time and never ever calls out right?
For real I'm already do that be at work 20 min early
Does it really matter when Ryan is making $$$ on YT from these guys? I mean how many times has Big Ray been titled in a video that had x amount of viewers?
LOL you’ll need to use PDS debt after getting concrete installed! How fitting 😂
Miss Bugs on that compactor!
Best of luck this year.. rain has been nuts
You do know a guy who has a landscaping business, I’m just sayin, Mike AMW Services can cut your grass for you
Yeah. It would be neat to see Ryan support AMW.
@@worldandwhydid you know Ryan sold mike that business?!? Weird he won’t hire him
@@paintplanet9818 yeah I remember that.
@@worldandwhy guys like Ryan are for themselves, he sold mike thst business because it was dieing and Ryan jumped out of it.
Ryan has a hugeeeeew ego it literally gets worse every video he drops.
that re bar tie tool is awesome.
Replace Ray with the guy from safford delivery and transportation service. He looks like ray and knows what he's doing. 😂
And Ryan you should be happy just like you are congrats to little Ryan. You have the best kid’s that I have seen on TH-cam.
9:37 Ray about biffs it.
Note: Ray was MIA for most of the video, didn't see him do to much after the drop off.
I think Ryan's catching on to us guys. At least we had one incident with Ray so it wasn't a total loss.
I wonder if it had anything to do with having to fill at least 18 inches on this site? 🤔.
Probably not(😒sarcasm). Go off sis🤡 👏 😅
Yea he was too busy driving all day which is his job. Him and pat were hardly in the video because they were driving. Good job everyone on the crew.
Obviously...I didnt suggest otherwise.@@charlessullivan1504
@@Newreport8Nah...it was a short video...not much going on besides working their butts off because of the extra stuff. Glad to see Ray doing his job. Hopefully he keeps it up and I'll have nothing to comment about.
had to search hard to find at least one ray comment today lol
You are 100% correct about fixing it right in the beginning and then you won’t have any issues down the road. It’s not good being sued, but the hit on your reputation is worse than any amount of money. You are doing the right thing by improving the base of the driveway. That sets you apart from the rest you are a professional. Keep up the great work and videos.
It shouldn't be free tho.
I understand you bid a job, but if I was the customer, I think I would understand that things come up that was not visible to you on the bid. No reason for you to take a huge loss or drastic cut in profits.
Last summer in Maine was one of the most rainy on record, but this spring hasn't been bad, seems like you guys are getting all the rain.
People need a class on phone etiquette. It is disrespectful to your employer and others. You can understand if one has a family illness but otherwise, emergencies only. You are on the clock.
Agreed. At my last job, phones went away and stayed away on company time. They can start leaving those phones in vehicles.
He should make a RULE , and IF / WHEN, the employees are caught on there phones, they LOSE the monthly Bonus money ...... Most LAX crew I've ever seen .... Very disrespectful to a BOSS like Ryan that GOES ABOVE and BEYOND for his guys !!!
@@esousa486, he doesn't pay top dollar and realizes these guys make money doing other jobs!! So these calls need to be answered. Potential customers calling.
@@julieweathers1139this is dumb, phones are now a necessary form of communication quickly with others. Don’t get on them? Sure, leave them in the car? Dumb. Just to your ringer on and leave it in the pocket.
Instead of digging more and bringing in more stone, you should have installed a drainage system under the slab. Also, to save yourself in your contracts, you should add a section about unknown conditions. Then it wouldn't come out of your pocket, the homeowner would be responsible
"you guys are responsible for securing your own load"... throws cone in back
A cone versus Forms is entirely different
16:48 people started calling their eye doctors saying they see a spot
Ryan you for sure need a port-o-potty. I as a customer would not want the entire crew stinking up my bathroom all day long.
Good video everyone ! Sometimes some of the crew ack like its their first time preparing area to poor concrete yal make it rough on the bossman !!yal stay safe
why dont you have a thounsand pound compactor?
What a great start to the day with a victory video!!
The ads are getting longer and the videos are getting shorter, I feared this
What are you watching 😆
We need hour videos 😂😂😂 love watching the videos during lunch!!!
Philadelphia Mike. - if my grandfather came out on a job and sold a crew on telephone phones, he would do the whole day out of our paychecks
NO BULL. -- You spoil your crew too much smile
Shower thought: maybe Ryan puts the Timelapse camera on to make sure the crew doesn’t sit on their phones AND for content. Win win
"No good deed goes unpunished" - I cannot help but feel like this is going to backfire - this despite redoing the substraight. Just an opinion - I think there is still a subsoil water issue and that swale isn't going to cut it long term. I would have done a post hole to see just how deep the problem is then talk with the client to work out a new cost and terms. Thats just me.
Good morning from hawaii
Shaka bruh.
13:13 they are just trying to be assertive by keeping a look at the weather Ryan gezzz you know this maaannnn lol
Good morning !!!
Yesterday I was looking forward to a Victory upload then I remembered it was only Tuesday.
Your amazing sir, God bless you 🙏
i love that Orange paint Ryan, in New Zealand it used to be called "Dazzle" Pink was the only colour, now weve got green..
Never do extra work for free. Period.
Ryan! You should look into diamond mowers for your brush cutter. You will not be disappointed!
