These are the best kinds of videos. This is CLASSIC Chase ATRP lol. The competition must be crazy, I have to imagine an absolute horde of resellers going to that event.
Great asks! Also I didn’t know the silent packing tape was a thing till I checked out your link. What a game changer that is! I can never go back to loud tape again.
Just a heads up, Octonauts stuff can be a good BOLO. Can have good value. You guys passed a box of it at around the 3:30 minute mark in the video. Always enjoy the videos guys.
BTW if you ever have a SNES that only shows black and white, there's a little red TC1 variable capacitor in the corner of the board that you can adjust until color comes back. I've had a couple of units with this issue. The capacitor trims the clock speed, which affects the color carrier rate and must be within close tolerance for the TV's decoder.
I didn't do as good as you during the U.S. 12 sale, but I definitely scored some awesome stuff to make it worth the trip. My best score was a pair of WWI Harlye Davidson aviator style goggles.
Love this channel guys. Im mainly a sports card guy, but I really enjoy the garage sale hunts. Have you ever made a video showing how you clean/restore some of these consoles? Would be a cool watch. Keep up the great work guys!
Power of the ask is real! Hi guys new subscriber from the UK and I'm enjoying your videos alot. One thing that shocked me is the price difference on some items. Average price games over here your buying at the sell value. After the exchange rate is Calculated. I wish we had that same mark up on resell value. Also we don't have Garage sales in the UK but we do have something similar but not very popular called jumble trails. I went to my 1st one and was asking for games! I managed to get a 3ds xl from one and 20 wii u games from another that was on an ask. Thanks for the videos I've spent 2 weeks going back through them
In regards to your sports game comment, local collector in STL just got Madden 93 Championship Edition on Genesis for $5 ($250 complete game) from VStock b/c they thought it was just a regular Genesis Madden 93.
Recently found your channel and I'm really enjoying it. I grew up in Michigan (South of Jackson) and used to travel US12 often so this is bringing back some memories. Are you from the Detroit area?
Chase i dont know if u have answered this question before! But do u wear them shirts 2 stand out more for sellers 2 remember u by?? If so iam bowing 2 u right now great idea!!
I absolutely do. I wear them as an ice breaker. I also LOVE them. But I’d rather be easy to remember and have something to talk about before I ask about video games
My best “power of the ask” story was at a thrift store. I saw a box in the back that appeared to have games in it, asked if I could look through it. Sure enough there were around 70 games, including bunch of GameCube and even some vita games. I took the more interesting stuff for $1 a piece and left some decent stuff behind for the next guy. I was pretty happy lol
I'm curious what section of the sale you were at? I went and I asked a ton of people. The only video game thing I found was a gba for $20. But I found other stuff to resale as well
Chase: I'm not trying to be weird, sorry if it sounds it. When I first started watching your videos you said your grandma use to take you to the garage sales & you pretty much credited her with your drive. I was curious if were going to highlight her (your grandma) in anymore videos? ( I sincerely hope she is well, I don't mean to be intrusive.) Regardless, HURRY UP & get that barn DONE!!! Keep up the awesome work, thanks for sharing the journey!!
Just started selling on eBay, collectibles type stuff, but to be able to check the 3 month sells of items, I go to the list item on the app to find sell prices of if items in listing, is there anything that I can do besides that? Okay help
Bro as soon as you’re edit for that truck popped in I got scared as heck it happened so fast I thought it was real I was like noooo but then I squinted n you moved on to the next segment also pretty fast.
@@starwarsjedimaster94 have you watched this channel? They make a lot of money. Chase is the main guy but he has enough money to pay employees and then a lot more after that. He just bought 50,000 games from a game store. They make thousands between the games, TH-cam, and whatnot auctions. They are building a game barn where they will running the business out of. Just the views and ad money from this video will pay for all the games they bought at the garage sales.

great garage sales!!!
i wish i went to the illinois one this year
This is why video games are going up in price everywhere thanks guys !!
The Breyer is also a breyerfest exclusive horse. Notice the box said breyerfest.
I have zero interest in video games but I enjoy your videos. I'm shocked you don't have more subscribers but at least you got one more with me.

Oh man garage sales are so fun, thanks for the awesome content guys!! God bless Chase, Thayne, and Mikey!!!
Oklahoma and Kansas are having their 100 mile garage sale next weekend you should make a trip lol.

Awesome content! These are my favorite CATRP videos!
I miss these videos. nice finds
12:39 Does Chase always pull his pants down to his ankles when hunting games? lol

Opera is great for running a business
The Chasers' and Pat's worst nightmare: resellers.
But the good thing is that CATRP really do care about retro games.
Great scores guys! I’d love to hit a huge garage sale trail like that. I don’t think there are any that pass through AZ though… 😿
It’s so weird seeing places I recognize on TH-cam, wish I would’ve run into you guys out on the garage sale trail lol
Awesome video. But I have to disagree on the longest garage/yard sale. The 127 yard sale is 690 miles.
They only went 200 miles out of the 2500 mile long sale

What do you guys use to clean the dirty ones and to remove stickers or grime?

Great pic up man

When I ask for games they always tell me “you’re the 10th person that’s asked for games, they must be really popular”
I'm from Aberdeen Washington the start of us-12
SO THIS is why I always have a hard time finding games in my area. lmao
I'm curious what section of the sale you were at? I went and I asked a ton of people. The only video game thing I found was a gba for $20. But I found other stuff to resale as well
It looks like he beat you to all maybe.
@MyNewLife its tough to find good deals for sure these days because everyone is looking up prices on ebay
Love that gameboy fanny pack!
I assume you live somewhere in Michigan I also live in Michigan about 40 minutes from Detroit Do you have a store or do you sell only online
he sells on Ebay and Amazon
Not gonna lie this edit 3:35 got me for a split second lmao

Grandma is alive and well, and out garage sailing for me all the time. She just moves at a slightly slower pace than SkyGuy, the boys and I!
@@ChaseAfterTheRightPrice Good!! Glad to hear that. Keep going, today's video just reminded me of her.
Opera? I had to check the date on the video.
Bless you
Awesome 👌 video
very nice g
Nice haul. I'm at a big fat 0 this year for garage sale scores
Bummer! Have you been going every week or just a couple times ?

Never walk by a stihl chainsaw again without seeing price. $100-150 for just parts often times.

Hey did you guys get a different mic chase sounds different then normal sounds weird thanks
Hi!!

I hit that sale and all the games I found were so overpriced
Don't pass up on Yugioh cards next time you get a chance. There can be some crazy value in them as well 👍
After looking through there didn’t seem to be anything super noticeable, mainly commons.
@@ChaseAfterTheRightPrice Vintage Yugioh common cards can do well in bulk. Early 2000's vintage Yugioh. If you get them cheap enough, pick them up.
In that switch sale why did the dad take the money? Kinda sketch
Why he probably keeps it so he doesnt lose it
How do you make money when there’s like 4-5 guys shopping for the $1,000 profit?? Just curious because there’s always multiple dudes with you.
Most of them work for him, so it’s all part of the business
That’s my point - how can it be profitable to pay 4 guys to buy games with you?
