    I am from Brazil, and Carnival is one of our traditions. All brazilians are expected to appreciate Carnival. Carnival is not my cup of tea actually, even though I am brazilian.

    This video is useful but the way it illustrates the word is not appropriate as it shows what is the stereotypes of each word. You should not used that illustration who portray certain community or condition

    • @EnglishListeningwithFrankandTK
      @EnglishListeningwithFrankandTK  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks for your observation. Could you be a little more specific? Were there particular illustrations that you found too stereotypical?

    • @jeevankrider

      I must appreciate your cultural sensitivity. But it is the harsh reality that we cannot even explain words without discrimination. The content creator has done a wonderful job. We have to watch the video with an open mind. How can you illustrate the word " discrimination"? So it is inevitable to use some pictures.

      it’s just content creator’s mind, so all of us also have the different stereotype 🎉. Besides, I think the quality of illustrations is so great and colorful to caught my eyes. From English learner

    I don’t like when speaker said that in gender equality woman can be valuable like man are wtf it’s mean that man are more valuable on this logic it’s disappointing and awful

    • @EnglishListeningwithFrankandTK
      @EnglishListeningwithFrankandTK  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for sharing. I’ll look at the text. That is certainly Not what was meant. I am not sure I follow your logic or how you got that from this statement.

    • @EnglishListeningwithFrankandTK
      @EnglishListeningwithFrankandTK  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have listened to the section again and I am sorry that you took this the way that you did. When I wrote it this way I wrote it with the idea that this term and concept would be new to many of the students who may watch from countries that are patriarchal in structure. It was an introduction to equality. I believe that if you listen to the whole statement in context, and in the context of other videos that I have prepared that I am very much in favor of justice for all, equal rights, human rights for all, and gender equality.
