Bit of a hot take: Metabuster going from near-useless to situationally ok is good enough for me. However, I do agree that there are better TFs to use your Behemoth Crystals/Stones on and that his TF is at a low priority to get.
I think he should target all traited enemies instead of just 2 because that would make him a whole lot more useful and kind of a niche generalist, while still having flaws

This might work on some levels to stack a lot of them before a boss *Massive damage* If he manages to make his attack, at least he does good damage to the enemy, I don't know if Insane Damage can be used as a talent, but if so, I would add that instead of Massive Damage: Filibuster at level 50 has 54,000 attack, with Massive Damage it would do 162,000 damage, with Insane Damage it would have 270,000

I think a few special units get talents, if all the big ones get it (like Bahamut, Valkryie, stage reward ones, Filibuster), Filibuster should at least get shorten attack time (if that even exists for a talent) &/or more knockbacks (no idea if that exists either)
I think PONOS was trying to make filibuster into a high risk, high reward kinda unit, especially with his TF, considering he has large standing range and has guaranteed 4s freeze, which is pretty big, considering other CC units tend to have short CC but fast attack, or long CC with slower attacks. However, with his low DPH/DPS, only having 1 knockback, and a 12s attack animation, it just lets him get bullied into submission too much, as he either misses since the enemy got knocked out of range, or is rushed down and deleted/knocked back (like with M Ost) before he can freeze the enemy for other units to fight back. maybe if his omni had better reach, kinda like God cat, so his long attack animation isn't completely wasted if the enemy is pushed away by your other attackers, then it might be better, along with more knockbacks, but yeah... real sadge
