It's crazy how these small amusement parks have longer opening hours to the major theme parks in the UK
Was literally thinking the same thing
i often go to adventure island most weekends and in this it just looks like a tiny park but really its quite big, with two separate parts of the park and this wasnt all of it plus the rides are big
The SCREATURE is CRAZY and better than Vortex and it is like a monster has escaped from the movies

I'm looking for something to do with my two grandchildren. Thanks for documenting all the rides, something there for both my grandkids . Really appreciate you both doing the small rides as one of my grandchildren is young. You just sold four tickets to the park. Again, thanks for posting this video and documenting ALL the rides, and not just the big rides. Great post cheers

Adventure Island in Southend is a very solid place to go to
Adventurevile is a very catchy ride with a catchy musical tune that might get stuck in your head for the rest of the day

That indoor kids coaster/dark ride thing was really cool. You don't see that too often. Looks like a very well managed park. Always nice to see. That Screecher ride spins crazy fast hah

I used to visit here in the '80s when it was called Peter Pan's Playground and only occupied the western side of the pier. Hopefully one day they'll get an airtime coaster like a woodie, Gerstlauer bobsled or Mack mega-lite. Even better than Adventure Island was Never Never Land, which was across the road. It was like a mini Blackgang Chine with illuminated castles and walk-through fairytale scenes.

I assume the spoons you mentioned was "The Last Post". Whenever it was a boring/quiet night out in Southend we would say we are going to "The Last Resort".

Just watched the last few days blogs from you guys loved them all and I have to say you bring asked to open the waltz made my year I was so proud shawn and when you were on the ride was so funny all of the places looked fab I remember going on the snail rides years ago will have to do it again and Charlotte is alot braver than me going on that swinging ride and the water rides beautiful name bless her thankyou my lovelies can't wait for your next ones safe journey home xx

There’s something really charming about the old Ferris wheel, the way it’s sandwiched between the two coasters. I hope they keep it.
Green SCREAM is Cool and it is the ride you sort look above you and go Oh Look at That I would love to go on that ride!

It's always so funny to hear Shawn referred to the ride as Dodge'ems....where I grew up it's called Bumper Cars. My favourite ride as a kid.
brilliant as always! love every video you post but especially adventure island as its local to me and just amazing in general. i also went on rage for the first time on the 25th, painful at some parts but definitely great! i visited walton pier today too lol

i was just here today for the first time, great park, queues werent too bad, got on every coaster, favourite rides were rage, axis, screature and mighty mini mega, love the views of the sea from the rides too, great vlog!

I was just on Facebook and I saw some images of the workers sorting out the new 38 metre drop tower and I am so excited!

The Crooked House is a very Weird Fun house attraction and similar to the one at Blackgang Chine when you went in 2018 and you saw the woman and went Ooh Hello 😂

Barnstormers Is a great ride for kids who are looking for a rollercoaster ride to get on
Used to go in the crooked house when i was a child and i am 60 next year.
Such a classic
Whst a wonderful fair, love the coasters, some of them are family friendly, which i prefer now, my blackpool revolution days are gone hsha, i love thst skateboarder theme, with thst model built on it genius, great shawn and charlotte

I remember in spookvill it used to stop outside some air gates and you’d thought the ride was finished and the lights would go out

I love adventure island, was going to try and get down there this summer but didn’t manage to unfortunately

I noticed that the ride attendants seem to be having as much fun as the riders.
they aren't just zombies, standing expressionlessly .
There smiling, dancing and that really adds to the experience.

Another super great amusement park. Spoilt for choice down the East coast. But better still if you can do a East Coast Journey. Great fun.
fun fact: in 2010 people on Green Scream broke a world record for the most naked riders of a rollercoaster. beating Alton Tower's 32 with over 100. I can never sit on those seat and not think of that!

i remember rage being my first ever ride to get over my fear of rollercoasters , plus i still prefer over the hill to spooksville
Still miss belezee bob trail... it wasnt scary, even when i was a kid but i loved it. It was a favourite for me at adventure island.
Just the vibrant colours whilst still being spooky and the soundtrack... was so saddened to see it go :(
I was there back in July, there's quite a difference between the two big wheels in there, I always love it in there, on adventurevile on the 2nd lap, I go bananas when the let's party bit happens. 5:53

This Skydrop Ride is Decent I prefer the one at Great Yarmouth pleasure beach more

Adventure Island, in my opinion, has the best staff in the uk - they all go out of there way to make sure you have a great time - yes it doesn't have the best rides but when staff make you feel great on a consistent basis that goes a long way 😀

Rage is good but like I said on your video from Thorpe park when I was talking about Saw the ride Speed no Limits at Oakwood is better
