- Today was the first day of the New Season for Pokemon GO Battle League and I wanted to try out the New Meta Pokemon, Gallade and Feraligatr! These two are amazing in the Great League Meta and this Great League Team will stand the test of time as it has incredible synergy for GO Battle League in Pokemon GO!

@@joelgrebinsilvestri yeah, I pretty much just hoard any shadow with optimal PVP IV’s and then splurge my charge TM’s on them if a Rocket event shows up. So I made this guy during the past couple months and then used my Elite TM on it. I didn’t think it would be any good, but with Shadow Claw the hype is definitely real. I’m gonna make an UL one too, forget Swampert 😂
Zyonik, I don't know how you do it. Your ability to team build is amazing. This is a great team!

Shadow Feraligatr is absolutely amazing! So glad to see him finally get some love one of my favorite Pokemon! I also ran my Charjabug to wall all the new meta Pokemon it put in work so my gator could sweep.
I was playing the last battle, only around 2000 elo so got super nervous when I saw I was playing you and thought I could end up on YT :D GGs

how do you sort out and juggle the lack of bulk in the team? genuine question because that team sounds fire
@@nicojimenez9614 it's kind of a gamble at best 😂. You have to decide based on the lead what is likely in the back and pick one mon to sacrifice for a shield advantage. Not too much wants to get hit with a CC from the back line. Pretty easy getting shield advantage with these three.
Thanks, now its all im facing. Although they are pretty easy to dispatch knowing 3/5 battles will have them now.
I’ve had a shadow gallade since forever and i can say that it’s insanely good everything because of the energy gain and leaf blade/cc damage output even against a fire or flyers!! It’s scary even when i’m the one using it lmaoo

very good team, I played 5 sets today and won 16 fights, for the first time with this team I think it's good. Since I played with shadow Feraligatr and shadow Gallade, the damage is insane!!!! the problem is the whiskey on the tip, but it can be unscrewed. I'm waiting for further band proposals.
That swampert opponent 1000 IQ might have been right. They may have actually only "left" when you stopped attacking waiting for switch clock. Either way. You spotted their win condition and played to yours, regardless if they were still in battle or not. I would not have spotted that. Well done Zyonik. Well done.
Combing through my ralts I had the GLrank 64 male with frustration Tm’d off I’m so excited to try it this season!
I noticed when I go for double close combat to ko talon flame I go down before it let's me use the 2nd CC if my health is really low

Feraligator is fun, but idk how it gets shadow claw haha just a random ghost move... maybe bubble makes more sense? I def like using it though
Bro I grinded for 3 hours to get Gallade a second charge move and bro I got a 10 win streak no cap.My Bastidion kept getting counterd but faraligator and gallade was always able to out damage my opponents.
Just Used Dewgong, Shadow Feraligatr and Shadow Gallade. Carbink gets two shot by shadow leaf blade. So much fun!

I have a shadow feraligatr that I powered up to 1489 cp. I wish I could remove frustration right now lol. I have shadow claw and ice beam on it now.

I also have a shadow feraligatr but it has really bad ivs (14/13/12) so Im waiting until shadow mewtwo event to see if grunt lineup changes to have totodile again
Normally I dont mind ivs but with this it actually loses to annihilape on leads
YOOOO ZYONIK YOU SHOULD TRY THIS TEAM……I’ve been running Dunsparce in the lead with Rock Slide and Drill run Cofagrigus safe swap with Shadow Ball and Psychic (works crazy well with the current meta) and Chesnaught as a closer that EVERYONE SEEMED TO HAVE FORGOT ABOUT with so many water types running around rn or steel safe switches it demolishes both. I highly suggest trying the team, I ONLY run teams that are hard ANTI-meta mons. I just can’t stand running a team that consist of the exact same 6-9 Pokémon you see in every game…….love being spicy, it works ((:

I managed to cheese a win against this team with Creedent ,skarmory and lanturn but it basically just came down to the alignment that i got, was lucky enough to get lanturn on feraligator and skarmory on gallade

I lost several battles today because charged move just won't click, although fast moves would still be thrown. So weird and frustrating.
I tried Shadow Gator + Shadow Gallade and it’s fun but man do they feel glassy.

I think I put up a decent fight for how hard you countered me, how nervous I was, and how much better you are than me 🤣 good game. You were right about me having enough energy for the earthquake on your Bastiodon - would you have survived that?

I'm a skeptical guy and someone who is used to high level play in another game based on ELO, so my I think my skepticism is valid. Nevertheless, maybe I don't have all the requisite skills/knowledge to compete at a high level at this game yet, but I'm eager to try to figure out where those weaknesses are. So I've decided to track my battles in a spreadsheet which should not only allow me the ability to reflect on matchups after they're completed, but also hone in on where I went wrong and what I can do better. Have you tried anything like this and if so, do you have any advice or tips on examining/evaluating your games after the fact? I'm not interested in recording videos of my battles, so never mind recommending that lol.
Unlike other games which have easier to use tools for studying or getting better, PoGo has very few, with PvPoke being probably the best. Is there a way to input two teams and compare how they should have done theoretically to see which team should perform better? When I put the teams in the training section, it took me to a battle, but that's not what I want so much as a way to analyze the matchup itself, though it was interesting as the "elite" level I gave it did swap out immediately, something my opponent didn't do in the matchup I wanted to analyze.

I get content creators need clicks, but every pokemon is billed as the BEST pokemon ever and it's just ridiculous at this point.
