How did Ferrothorn work out? I lost to you with that team despite a favourable lead with Deoxys - had a total brainfart with a Skeledirge safeswap which gave Skele too much of an energy head start…

Two of my favourite starters ever together working perfectly together. Which obviously leads to end up like the thumbnail of this video. Awesome games I will have to look for another potential alternative since i dont have a good Guzzlord. Maybe Carbink since its another bulk one

Ran guzzlord lead yesterday and 3/5 matches was met by Arbok.. algo in full force
I was the guy with the Whimsicott, and I realized I played you, when I rewatched my own battles 😅 Watching back, i should definitely not have swapped out into Whiscash, but that is just me that has to get to know my team. I am not used to ABA teams, so i usually can switch out in that situation

I run the same, but with Ampharos as lead in Ultra. Fun setup:)
Trying this team. I know it’s not as common as previous seasons but any advice for dealing with Azu? Definitely a core breaker.
Oof that matchup with registeel in the back was a tough one. You weren't to know and hindsight makes feraligator the better switch in to the clefable, but that could have easily been something else and the result goes your way.
I've been leading guzzlord with toxapex as a safe swap and shadow swampert as a closer. It works really well against the current meta.
Any substitutes for guzzlord?
Super fun to watch you go to town with this team. Wish there was a suggestion on potential swaps for the Guzzlord - hard to get this one without trading 😢
Zweilous has the same typing, less bulk. I’d recommend going to pvpoke team builder and put in skeledirge and Feraligatr to see what you have that would pair well!
@zyonik you are a busy man but if you have time to reply, what would be a good alterative to shadow feraligatr? i have a non shadow variant. Love your videos!
Been running a similar team (Arctibax Skeledirge Jellicent) for like 3 seasons now and it still slaps. This looks like a fun alternative if I can use Zweilous instead of my non-existent Guzzler.

I ran double gator at the start of the season though I was running it as an ABB double water or double ghost line for a while.
if i have a 6/15/15 Medicham and a 1/15/13 Bastiodon but my trainer level is only 42… should i invest in these even if they’re CP only maxes out in the high 1300s?
or is it best to just run other mons and save my stardust until i’m able to max them out?

I am running Swampert Skeledirge and Incineroar. I know a very unconventional team but kinda working well for me coz the skeledirge draws out ground and water types but also forces 1 shield or gets their safeswap low enough for a mudshot farm down.
Also using the breakpoint incineroar over the rank 6 that I have coz with the breakpoint it flips the talonflame matchup
What are the IVs for your Incineroar with the breakpoint?

I’ve been running this team but with a Cress lead on Great League and Ultra .
We need Krookodile to get Counter and Aerial Ace, and maybe Grass Knot too to make an all-croc team viable

Wondering how GBL would be like if mons got most of their movepool from the main series and we can pick&change moves from Tm changer. Various mons would be more playable and unpredicted. Or is it just me?

Skeledirge almost 2shoting sandslash is the best boom yet. Makes me want to see a boosted talonflame make the 2shot.

At 7:05 the a'slash comes in and takes over half damage of 1 incinerate... Feels like some glitch, as the next one does like between 1/3rd and 1/4th. Feels like it was hit twice there?
They swapped in on the damage what would have hit the prior Pokemon, causing the next incinerate to stack on it once slash visually came into play.

Brought this team into Ultra League and went 4-1. Should have been a 5-0, but I literally completely threw by throwing a disarming voice against an energy dry, one health alolan sandslash. I thought my incinerate had KO'd it, but it left it 1HP and I was spamming DV for the poliwrath coming in. If I still had that DV, I would've easily won and gotten a 5-0. Cool team for sure.
