I have been suffering severe pain in the heel of my foot for almost eight months due to trauma, and whatever I tap on, of course, without focus and only for relief, it has no effect, because the trauma is painful to remember and makes me very angry. That's why I sometimes limp when I walk and suffer a lot of pain when I put my foot on the ground. Will my problem be solved with EFT?____But most of my discomforts have been solved by focusing on tapping. But I have to say that I only used the EFT method. thank you very much.
