ill give some tips!! eat Italian ice at first, it helps pain! at first, eat soft foods, like soup with pasta, once it hurts less start to open up to chips and hard ish stuff no matter how cool you think you are, don’t try to break brackets. stay away from non approved foods. it’s likely no one will bully. braces are very common so people are used to seeing it! foods to stay away from: starburst skittles popcorn gum jolly ranchers everything else on the not to eat list on this video and lastly, you should choose blue, red, purple, or pink colored brackets. you can really chose any, but clear and white stains easily thanks for reading and hope this helps!!
@@izzy8861 I'd like to add one thing Yes like she/he said you can pick any collor but i truly recomend black, blue or lila or green bc braces will change change the color overtime and this colores pretry much stay the same exept blue turn kind of green-ish but its still pretty However i dont really recommend white because they turn really really yellow and it gets pretty ugly since ot makes your teeth look yellow
