The dress is lovely, I didn't notice the offset placement of the eyelets until you mentioned them, but I'm sure you will be happier with the dress if you replace that section. I'm glad you and Wilson were able to spend a bit of time together too.

Your dress looks stunning.I prefer it without a trim ,it seems to show the pattern better.Have you thought of making a channel for the elastic at your wrist , approximately 3"" from the hem of the sleeve (the sleeves would have to be made longer)?This gives a lovely frill that falls over your hand.

Love the ruffle on this dress. It just looks more finished. It seems like it would be easier to do the ruffle that way instead of fussing with doing a narrow hem. I thought the eyelets were a little off at first, and then you moved and then they didn’t look off so probably a perspective thing. You make the dress look stunning. (Also absolutely love the blue dress you are wearing at the beginning of the video.)
I really love the tiered gathered skirt on that dress. As others have said in the comments you really can't tell that the eyelets are off, if anyone can they are far too close and you would wander why they have been staring at your chest for long enough to notice.
So pretty! Gotta say though… didn’t even notice the eyelets being of until you mentioned it! But I know it would bug me so I completely get wanting to redo it.

just a quick question do you use a feeder foot when sewing stretchy material?
I usually sew knits on my overlocker. I almost always have my dual feed on when using my sewing machine 😊
