- I compare two milk frothers: the Secura MF-615 and Viante CAF-20. For my money, the Secura comes out on top. One thing I forgot to mention: once the Viante froths the milk, it will not re-froth it, while the Secura will re-froth the milk to make it nice and foamy again after the froth has somewhat dissipated.

I was looking to purchase the Breville milk frothier but after watching your video I decided to go with Secura milk frothier . You made all the difference and it was a no brainer ! Thank you
F D S You’re very welcome!
Thanks for the video! Btw your place is spotless!!!
Very good vidéo and information tank you very much
Thank you for this!!
Thank you for the video!
arm613 You're welcome!
A simple explanation for the difference in volume is that it's easier and faster to froth milk in a tall, narrow vessel vs a short, wide vessel.
Thanks for this video! Ordering the secura right now.
Great advice. But, why are your cabinet knobs so high?
Ha! Good point. I never noticed that. Now that I think of it, I’m sure cabinet knobs are usually lower.
most of us need to know how well these machines do with non-dairy liquids; almond, cocoa, oat, soy, matcha....... -we also need to hear the machines separately to know the noise level !!!
So Viante is perfect for latte art?
Nice comparison video. What's the minimum amount of milk you can put in the Secura for a single cappuccino? I was going to get the Breville one but I beleive the min is 6 oz (177ml) which is a bit much. Thanks.
My partner and I fill it up to the max, 250ml, every morning to make two cappuccinos (we call them lattes but I guess with that much froth they're cappuccinos), so half of that - 125ml - makes one cappuccino. We use 16oz cups and pour two single (2.5oz or 74ml)espresso cups of espresso in each cup, and the rest we fill to the rim with foam.
@@DanielGreene Thanks for the info.
The caption blocked all the product u comparing 😓who is doing the editing 😂
Unfortunately I can’t control where TH-cam places the captions and I must admit it didn’t occur to me that they would be on top of the products I was demonstrating. Sorry about that. After you see what I was saying you could turn the captions off and watch the video - or parts of it - without the captions to see what you missed.
