    Somehow I feel your exhaust is too close to your inlet and not only are your dragging in hot exhaust air but it's also ionised. You need to separate the two further or just vent the exhaust outside but let it bring cool air from inside to cool down further and making the system more efficient, just vent the exhaust hot air to outside.

      Yep, I reckon you've hit the nail on the head there.

      Ionized from what? If it is it’s so so so very slight. Not sure what you think goes on inside of that system

      Having just the exhaust connected is less efficient..

      I was thinking the same thing but they might have issues with the baby seat in the middle. Also I would perfer to not cut massive holes in the cab for the exhaust & inlet.

    Be careful, ecoflow does not like to warrant their products! I have a delta pro just over 2 years old but only started using about 3 months. It's still under warranty, but they are not replacing or repairing it.

    Just took delivery of my wave 2 and battery, what I'm keen to understand of why that Aussie model has a permanent AC cord attached where in the images it shows an AC plug, so now i have a portable powered AC unit with a lead attached :(

    Using a portable fan with it would improve circulation and efficiency.

    Will this run on a BLUETTI EB70S Portable Power Station | 800W 716Wh.... and if so for how long. Really looking into one for a week long camping in the Texas humidity coming up.

    I have one of these units and was extremely disappointed with it. The exhaust hose gets so hot, even when wrapped/insulated, that it just radiated all of the heat back into the room. I was using it to try and cool a bunk room in my rv, maybe 8x8 feet tops, and it could not keep the room cool.

    • @OperatorPuski
      @OperatorPuski 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Seems like that should have handled 64sq feet easily. I wonder if you had a faulty unit or if there is some improvement to that exhaust hose issue of being too hot. This is suppose to be rated up to 100sq feet with that 5000btu

    Fantastic review and a great product, would be interesting to see how it would go in a tent

  • @AquaTech225

    Well it’s not really a AC an heatpump. The ac is a heat pump an the heat is a heat pump.
    That a heat pump is basically a AC with a reversing valve for the refrigerant/freon.
    So like when in cooling mode the back blows the heat out the rear top hose.
    When you go into heat mode. That reversing valve changes the flow. A the warm air that would be pumped outside in cooling. Than blows inside instead.
    So AC is AC a heater is a heater an a heat pump is a heat pump. It just has that reversing valve to use that heat build up from the compressor to now instead of expelling it outside it’s used for heating the inside instead.

    Thanks for the vid. Have you tried powering off your mogs power system. Can you compare which ac unit drains your power more ?

    A split system will work out much cheaper than that including installation and will use only around 800 watt while running. All depending on what set up you've got on your caravan or truck

    • @rhondawilks7275
      @rhondawilks7275 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      In saying that, can you take the split sustem out & carry it into the man shed for AC use, put it in a tent for a tent camper, take it into a small bedroom that has no AC, use it in a tiny home or sleep out bedroom…
