The audio waveform in the clip is a little bit small, so what I do is Right-click and extract the audio from the clip. That would add the audio below the clip into the audio layer which is easy to look at when cutting or trimming a portion of the clip. Hopes it helps someone.

Great videos. Because of you, I dropped my Adobe subscription to Premier Pro and I am currently using CapCut. One request I would have, if you haven't done it already, is a video on how to create intros with CapCut. Thanks.
What kind of intro? Link me to a vid and timecode. Also, NEVER use an intro for your TH-cam videos! NO ONE wants to watch them, just immediatly give them what they came for and you'll grow faster!

If they are part of the same clip, it will slow both. If they aren't, create a compound clip with both and you can slow both down together. Select both clips, right click, select create compound clip.
Can you film in 'log profile' on an iPhone 12?

Question - Why shouldn't I record with overhead lights on? I figure the more light I have the better. I have 2 LED panel lights. I have an overhead light and LEDs in the background.
Overhead lights are one color temp, and your LED's are another for one thing, but that's minor. The bigger issue is overheads aren't flattering - the cast ugly shadows under the eyes and you have less control over then. Every light should be intentional. At 2:38 you say "turn on Camtasia" Did it take both software's to create the teaching video. Or can I just use CapCut to make a screen share video like you do? Thanks
You DO need a screen recorder, doesn't have to be Camtasia. There are lots of options. CapCut alone won't do it. CapCut is just for the editing part.

I'm not sure which one he uses. The voices in CapCut aren't but. There are probably better ones, but I haven't researched yet.
So I edit on CapCut and make Star wars shorts joined TikTok but my CapCut edits keep going not eligible for the FYP. Happens each time. And I use the audio edit music. It's been really frustrating trying to post a edit to TikTok. Do you have any advice?
how to edit video sponsors for TH-cam videos that usually appear in one TH-cam video?

Would love to switch to capcup and buy your lesson BUT huge problem for me, the derush part is terrible on capcut. We can't see the audio track well enough to make good cuts. Plus you are using the mouse everytime to get rid of the empty spaces ou created by deleting sequences which is super slow.
I do the derush part super fast using only the keyboard with Adobe...
What would be the solution here?
Keeping the derush on adobe and using capcut for everything else?
Plus I heard yesterday that capcut might be forbidden in the west
I dont' know what derush means? To see audio tracks bigger, right click on the video track and select extract audio. With the track magnet on (type the letter p) the clips will slide left automatically when you delete something. Use keystrokes JKL to watch and Q and W to ripple delete.
They've been trying to ban TikTok for 4 years. I don't think it will happen. The US government just wants more control over what we can say or share since there is an election coming, and the people, for the most part, still want free speech. @@Deviensartisanelectricien

Great videos am using capcut on macbook pro 2019 however while editing the laptop start going on fire none stop any advice to cool it down

Oh dang! It shouldn't do that! You can put it on a ventilated laptop stand, but it sounds like there's a tech issue. I'd have the apple store look at it!

Hello,
when I try ton sync video to sound, it doesn't work. If i click on one the video like Trevor said, the option of syncing is not available. If i click on both of them, the syncing option is available, but when I click on it, I have the message "couldn't sync video to sound". AM I the only one? Do you know what I can do? thx
It's usually because the audio isn't exactly the same in both tracks so it can't line it up. Lets say you have 2 videos, A and B. If A is one minute long and B is 2 minutes long but ALL of A is included in B, it will work. But if A has a few seconds that is NOT in B, it wont work. To make it work, you have to trim out the seconds in A that are not in B.

I mean clear and precise voice, right my voice is very loud and not good even i use good quality mic.
