- No joke folks! Keyframes are editing steroids in Capcut. This one element of our editing suite will take you from a beginner doing basic edits to the intermediate level creating magic.
Keyframes will alter one or multiple elements of your video over a given time sequence. Sounds boring, right? IT ISN'T!!! This skill will enable you to create new images that were never there, create emphasis and clarity where it is need and so much more.
This video is an introduction to keyframes, what they are and a few ways to use them. It is the very tip of the iceberg when it comes to the immense capabilities of keyframes. Truly the editing steroids hidden in Capcut for those that choose to master them.
Be one of those people. Your videos will never be the same, and you will quickly be using them for things that I have never imagined. There is literally no end to the possibilities that keyframes open you to, and you will never be the same at your keyboard.
AMAZON AFFILIATE LINKS
When you use the links below to purchase anything on Amazon (not just the things linked to) the channel will receive a small commission for every purchase you make at absolutely no cost to you. These videos take a lot of time, effort and yes, even money, to produce. They are my joy, but I will need help sooner or later to keep them going. Most of us shop Amazon anyway. Consider using the links and show your support for the work we do. Thanks!

Wonderful, this is one of the best keyframe tutorials I have seen and it is the one I understood best. Thank you so much.
Glad it helped! Thanks so much
Thanks for this excellent tutorial - I'm also a senior creator and following your series is very helpful. One thing I always notice is the strobing of the picture on the wall behind you ( the old blue truck) This is caused by the 24 frames per second of the video (24FPS) and the mains AC being at 60Hertz. They're almost synchronised but being just out of phase produces this strobing effect. Play around with the FPS and see if you can cancel it out. Hope this helps with background lighting. 😃😃🤗🤗😎😎
Thank you. I'll work on it
I love your vids!!! Key frames are a challenge for me!
They were to me too! U can do it!
Going to try this!!!
Welcome aboard!
That's an excellent tutorial on keyframes. Thanks!
So glad it helped. Thanks!
You show and explain things so well! I can say I honestly enjoy learning from you! Keep up the great work👍
Can't thank you enough! What would you like to see next?
I just ordered a Zoom H1n recorder and a Sony lapel microphone. The audio I get from my Akaso cameras really stinks even with their microphones. I'd like to see a little more on adding audio and voice over possibly? I liked your Comica VM30 and may get that for another tool.
@NWI-Bikes did one on audio and another on voiceovers. Anything more specific?
I will watch those again. Maybe I missed one?🤔 I'll definitely give a shout if I have other suggestions or need help👍
Thanks, that awesome!
Glad you like it!
Right on! I wan't to learn how to edit. I'm unsure how to start.
Go to my Playlist "CapCut for Retirees " and watch the videos in the order they were created. You'll be an editor in no time.
@@TheOlderCreator I shall! Look forward to more of your content!
@@6-Sonic Thanks for the support! Spread the word

Greetings from Africa 🌍
Too early in my career to have developed a course, but maybe one day. But if you watch my videos in the order they were created you should have a pretty good start!
I’m trying to follow this video but on my CapCut interface I don’t have transform above the scale slider but instead it has Position &Size. What do you thinks wrong please
Send a screenshot if you can
I’ve taken screenshot on my phone but don’t know how to send it apart from email
To the right of the comment line is a camera icon. Use that to attach your screenshot
