    Tqvm Mr Wong. I have always wondered about this railway track. As a child, I had seen a short part of the track ( a curve a few metres long ) Even as I drove along Jln Keretapi, the thought of what happened to the
    tracks ... still crossed my mind.
    Today, the puzzle is solved for me. Tqvm.
    I hope that in the near future, we have MRT / LRT using the same route for those areas mentioned! A far fetched dream... but a good Sarawakian dream!

      @@BenThiko you're welcome. Bring the parang or scythe grass to cut the wild grasses down. So you see clearly the majestic railway 🥳👌

    It's good that you have brought back the origin and train history of Kuching.
    Trains all over the globe are still going strong & a very great contribution to mankind. Thanks to the modern technologies.
    Thumbs-up again.

    May is ask you, how long was the train 🚆 track?

    • @BenThiko
      @BenThiko  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The track started in Kuching and ended in Kota Padawan. Kota Padawan in the old days was called 10th Mile Bazaar, so the track was 10 miles or 16 km long.
