I would say the problem with voice acting comes from it`s being rushed(like actors always in a hurry to finish a line), being quite(maybe because of the editing) and sometimes lack of anger
Yes, they rerecorded the lines... I prefer some of the rerecorded deliveries (esp the Oras and Mudas of Jotaro and Dio), but some are weak imo like the checkmate by Dio...
