Our drumline marches state qualifiers through the halls and marches the football players down to the field. I think it'd be fun to do that too but it'd probably end up being just the drumline. (I play marching snare)
The last time my band played in the high school hallways the ceiling started to sprinkle white stuff everywhere because we were so loud and we had to quiet down but I think of it as the ceiling giving us a compliment.

(usually I was running a bit late and got there last min and didn't have time to get out the instrument and warm up)
