Dear Sophia and Indy, Just to say how brilliant you both are with your youtube channel. I don't think I'm adding anything new to the many accolades already posted here, but I wanted to send a message anyway. Your lightness of touch (and clever and witty) in the way you approach sharing and enlightening those with and without an injury is quite brilliant. I'm a C6/7 incomplete heading into year three post injury (initial rehab at the Auckland Spinal Unit) and have found your videos an absolute breath of fresh air, you both show that there is most definitely joy to be found in life despite the not insignificant challenges of an SCI. I hope your videos reach heaps of people and wish the timing had been right so I might have seen these when I was in the unit!
Indy I wish I had a cousin like you you're the best, and you lady's are just soo beautiful I really hope soon one day you Sophie get a full recovery And you will be able to walk again and you Both just have great personality's keep on uploading the videos I think I watched almost all of them!
I always admire you two. First Soph. All that you went through. And that strength and persistence of yours. You are an inspiration, Soph. Simple as that. Then Indy. You Indy are like a precious jewel of support for Soph. And it's really great to have you around. In addition to all that, you girls are always so funny and hillarious. And of course, Martha is an additional touch to the whole story! Thank you. Really. You are showing how this world should look like; compassionate and supporting each other. God bless both of you!
Another great video done with humor while also imparting good info. You are both wonderful and Martha’s cameo roles always make me smile. Take good care. 💕
Hello Soph and Indy! wow this is one of the most educational video you have uploaded and honestly the more I watch, the more I learn. it seems that people who have SCI need a lot of care, but you Sophia have improved a lot and with Indy by your side everything is much better. P.S: that sack of juice reminded me that bag of corn that you (Indy) used for your injury... who ate it? anyway no matter what situation we are facing as long as we keep smiling life will shine brighter. Take care and bye.
Idk why or how I found that Quadriplegic transfer video…but after a small dig it led me here I’m glad I found this new channel instantly fell in love with her
Hey, nice to see you girls are back! You guys should do another challenge video. Indy deserves a chance to win. You know what they say, "Third time is a charm."
🙌🏻 I agree. This video was cool. The pressure points made me think about the warning on electric blankets, per people who might not get the signals to their brains. I’m guessing that a wedge pillow, or two, prevents Soph from moving at night. I never knew that was the reason why we change positions at night. Martha nearly revolted lol, “I’m might just stop production!” The end was sweet. I’m wondering if physical therapy can lead to increased muscle mass or if the goal is primarily to maintain. Gonna go back to earlier videos and compare, but it seems like her arms and hands have improved significantly. I love the smiles and NZ accents are very cool. To me it’s sounds like Australian mixed with some part of England. London has a lot of dialects! I’m going to share a link of a woman doing 17 different British accents. (This is posted as a reply, in part because it won’t let me post an original comment)
@@junior.von.claire Yeah, their NZ accent is awesome. Thanks for sharing the video. I found it very interesting. P.S. Why aren't you able to post an original comment?
I really love your conversations You always make me smile! Soph, you are coping very well! I wanted to be a neurosurgeon! But i changed my profession to engineer! Your injury is very interesting??? Take care! You are an angel, Indy!
Hello both of you , I like your videos I couldn’t do these kind of videos. Im also disabled but not in a wheelchair. I was shot 3 times and due to that I have problems with my kidneys I have kidney failure and I was in dialysis for about 3 years but due to diet and taking care of myself I’ve improved a little but can’t eat certain things. I also have problems with my digestion because they had to cut part of my intestine. And I have a girlfriend that is actually in a wheelchair and I try my best to take care of her. I’m just glad you are doing these videos
So informative - thanks ladies! Idea for a future podcast / video: dating. What it is like in the dating world for a person with a SCI or a DP in general. Optional to skip past relations that didn't work since that could be traumatic no matter what your health status is! P.s. being on a plane for a long time has actually killed people - see Carrie Fisher as an example!
We did a similar video a while ago where we switched diets, although what we eat definitely changes from day to day. And yup she eats some junk food hahahha balance is key👌🏽
How is it that you guys don't have a show? So wholesome and natural TV talents!
Always good to see you guys continuing to post videos, and always looking forward to them!
Thank you thats very kind! 🥰
You 2 have such a good dynamic and energy together. You seem like youve been best friends for years ♡

Technically Carlos Biggemann has already covered this topic, you'll be able to follow his story one we get into the month of May.
Great idea! Thanks! Definitely on our list :)
