Crispy Pancit Canton

- In this tutorial, I am showing you how to make a crispy pancit canton (egg noodles). I am using dried egg noodles but you can also use bihon (rice vermicelli) and sotanghon (bean vermicelli). Whatever dried noodle you use, make sure that your oil is very hot so the noodles will puff. Fry only a small amount of noodles at a time. Always flip it to the other side to cook. Try not to brown the noodles.
Chef's Notes:
1 - 1:23 - sesame oil should be 2 tbsp. NOT 1 tbsp.
2 - Please feel free to reduce or increase the quantity of meat for the pancit. I used whatever I had left in my freezer since I want zero waste if possible.
3 - The important thing to learn is the sauce and the technique.

@@ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu yes ma'am done watching that however big pieces of chicken can have difference to its Crunchiness and crispiness compare to popcorn due to moist difference in my own opinion big pcs chicken has more tendency to sag due to the high quantity of moist in its size. Would highly appreciate maan thanks so excited no pressure if available kalang cause I trusts Ur recipes.
I use the same recipe for the breading of my chicken popcorn and the bigger chicken pieces. The difference is that I double fry bigger pieces but same recipe. True, there is a difference between smaller and bigger pieces but I can assure you that if fried properly, your fried chicken will come out crunchy and will stay crunchy. Good luck!

Not too long. Maybe 30 minutes. You are supposed to put in the sauce just before serving.

This is chinese style na pancit so maraming sahog. Anyway, I mentioned in the video na ikaw bahala ilang sahog ang ilalagay mo. Nilagay ko lang kung ano meron ako at that time. Ayoko kasi may tira tira para hindi masayang. Ang timpla at technique ang importante.
