I've seen totally stock Infractions break 90 mph with just the speed pinion. I'd think 100 plus on 8s isn't improbable. Infraction is my favorite on road rig i own. Just bought my second one. Horizon Hobby Ebay store had them for $448 for a couple days during the sale.
Yes totally attainable on stock electronics. Will it be hot you bet!!! Haha. It also needs a lot more room than I have. I’ve been looking for better places to make some runs. It’s just finding places with low traffic. The infraction is awesome!!!
You are spot on. I think if it had a nice cap pack and a perfect pass module it could be very fast and more consistent. The next video should be fun!!!!
Please help and suggest I am confused and unable to make decision between Felony Vs Infraction. Felony looks so awesome and tempting but has rear tires and different differentials whereas Infraction is same platform all rounder with okish looks. Please help whether I should go with Felony or infraction if I consider drivability,maintenance and speed run
The felony is cool, but the mismatch on the diffs creates more maintenance issues. The GP5 diffs in the infraction are better and the same as used in the limitless V2. If you are looking to just bash it around the felony is great, but the tires are also different sizes so you cannot rotate them front to back. For speedruns, the infraction platform is great. The limitless is the best for speedrun due to better aerodynamics. I love the infraction! Hope that helps
Better packs will definitely get you 100mph+ those 4S OVONIC won't get it *SMC, CHNL, YOWOO GRAPHENE* .... The formula for 100mph (speed pinion, an 8S ESC & quality lipos that can actually keep up with the taller gearing) 🚀🤙🏾❤️
@@cacanjacowans540 agreed but the temps on motor would not be great for normal use which is the goal for this truck…100mph capable and basher all day without overheating.
Arrma doesn't build a stock 8S Infraction. Your running an upgraded esc which is their 8S version. This has been done tons of time buy other speed runners, such as myself. The 8S Spektrum esc's always cut out, they are pretty much JONK escs, like Hobbywing. They are a version of each other. Your not running anything stock, your not showing the live readings of your GPS either, LOL!!!! So their is nothing stock about your infraction, it's not stock, lol..... I have 10 versions of these car/truck. The trucks are the slowest, a long with the felony because of te rear gears. Most of my stuff has been converted to the limitless style for speed runs. By the way yes you lost some weight removing the brake, but it does inprove your stopping in a straight line as well.

If you pull the throttle slower The e s c would not cut out The truck is fast. But will run faster. Love the videos.

@@cacanjacowans540 I’m surprised the ovonics have pushed it as hard as it has. Over 100mph easy.
@818_Custom_Garage true... but with a good ESC and the appropriate gearing you can hit 105mph *on 6S*
