Thanks for the information. In the high inflation environment I would not recommend anyone to store money. You should buy durables etc. stock up on anything that does not have a short expiration date.

You did not talk about the 4 different ways of sending money in WISE and which one was the cheapest to send monies like in Europe?
Does the wise bank account act like a local bank account? So if a transfer being made from one local bank account to another would not incur a large fee for the sender?
How do I order online from the USA with a billing address in the usa? Most websites don’t accept international cards but only usa cards.

There's a workaround for customer gateways. You can still use Paypal on ur web and then have your US account in WISE registered in Paypal.

So far what I understood, is that if I have money in transfer wise in USD and I live in Mexico, that means that if I send the USD from wise to my national bank account in Mexico, so therefore wise just simple converts the USD into MXN directly into my national Mexican Bank account in my coutry. Right? and that goes for all other bank currencies in the world, right?

I'm moving to Mexico I don't have an account there yet. So how do I get money until then. Also can I open a wise account with my phone.
I think you send it to yourself on the wise app. I have a friend that goes to Mexico all the time and said she converts her USD to pesos with wise so that she can pay for surgeries and other things in Mexico.
But that's all I can tell you. I still have quite a few questions myself about this product. I have yet to use it

Have you ever run into a hotel, seller, etc. that would not accept your Wise debit card? We will be visiting Japan and I am afraid to commit too much money to the card in case some merchants in Japan won't recognize it. Though since it's a Visa I imagine most merchants should accept it.
The debit card is valid worldwide. It's backed by Mastercard. I have used it different countries and never had issues

Most of the time the transactions are done in less than 5 minutes. But they do take longer when it's a country with conflict or new accounts.

To ask the question another way: After the Euros are deposited into my Wise Euro account, will I be able to add my US-based account info for the transfer of funds? Thank you in advance.
Yes, you should be able to add your US-based bank account info for the transfer of funds. Once Wise has received and processed the Euro payments into your euro account, you can initiate a transfer from there using their global payment system. You will need to set up an international wire in order for it to reach your US bank but that process is relatively straightforward with WISE's services. Feel free to contact their customer service team if have any more questions or concerns about making this kind of transaction!
How would someone from anywhere other than the US wire you usd? If they don't have Wise, they'd need your swift code, but Wise only provides a routing number.
Wise does provide Swift code for certain type of currencies. If you don't see it contact support so they provide it

Hi I opened the account from my country Peru, it worked fine, savings account in US for receiving my salary from a US company.... I just received my first salary and everything worked fine, my only corcen is whether there are some audit from US entities to this wise account... because with this account im avoiding lots of taxes to be paid in my contry (Peru) which is good, but if something has to be paid there..( not talking about commisions of wise but any other goverment entity or audit) it will be the same at the end than receiving my salary directly an a peruvian bank which is being audited and generate taxes to be paid... hope somebody can help clarfying my doubt

I think it will deduct from the original balance your account was created. I suggest you ask support because it's a good question.

Este banco no manda datos a ninguna institución gubernamental. PERO me imagino que si el gobierno pide rendir cuentas y solicita información posiblemente si otorguen la información

If it goes to US then it will be changed to USD. Only way to keep GBP is to use a UK payment gateway but not send money to US

Yes they can make a direct payment to your Wise account. They actually don't need SWIFT code for local US Bank details

You decide by setting the amount. You get a simulation of the fees. So if it's deducted on your end you can raise the amount you want to send.
Do you mean if I'm the sender (the Wise user) it will show on my end if there will be a fee for sending money to a US bank account that's not on Wise? It will tell me how much is the amount that the receiver will get? is that right?

Yup you get all that info. I get all my payments from Amazon affiliate, stripe and some other affiliate companies. All go straight to Wise

You will be able to open both us and UK account info. You can use both. But I recommend you use primary UK since you are there. That way your debit card will use primary UK as default

Pero ahora tengo un nuevo problema: tengo que asociar esta cuenta en un banco de inversión para envío y cuando desde ese banco de inversión me solicita autenticarme en la cuenta Wise, tengo que ingresar ID y contraseña del banco donde Wise generó mi cuenta, los cuales no tengo (sólo tengo usuario y contraseña de Wise)...cómo puedo continuar?

Yes it can be used as bank. But no you cannot receive credit card payments. It will have to be wire transfer.

O yeah, receive payment on stripe and send it to Wise. That is possible. From there you can use Wise to keep payment or transfer to phisical bank

If the crypto company accepts bank transfer. But if you want to use crypto to transfer to Wise. Then that is not possible.

Eso va depender de ti. Si a final vas a usar dollares entonces esta mejor. Pero si piensas usar euros entonces mejor euros
