So, yeah, you're actually missing quite a few things. If its something really important, I'll let you know, but I didn't want to annoy you by pointing out every little thing. It'll give you something to discover on your next playthrough.
Speaking of which, there are actually quite a few farms on Vvardenfell. Most of them are in the Ascadian Isles near Vivec. If you ever do the Imperial Cult questline, you'll find out more about them.
I figured I was missing quite a bit with me going through the main storyline like I was. But that's alright with me, honestly!
I do plan on replaying through Morrowind again sometime in the future (whether on stream or uploading like I am now, I have not yet decided) but I'm looking forward to see everything I may have missed on my original journey through Vvardenfell!
Perhaps in future episodes, I'll go out of my way to do side quests a bit more. Though I won't make any promises on it. If something catches my interest maybe I'll follow along, but at the moment, the main storyline has be quite enthralled.
