Hey Mandy!! The easiest way for me to use parchment paper is to roll it in a ball, then press it out again with your hands, it makes it manageable for sure! Steven is a great Common Tater Love the shirt🤣 My hubby had a TShirt the same color, but it represented the Hostess Cupcake Swirl on it, cause that was his nick name at work(Cupcake)I packed him a cake cake everyday in his lunchbox so it stuck🤣 The guys also had a cup cake ornament made for him one Christmas😀😀 Great Video❤️❤️
My husband told me for the first few years of our marriage that he was allergic to mustard. I went with it for awhile until I found out he was just extremely picky. I eventually started adding mustard to various recipes that required it, and there were no signs of reactions. I finally made a recipe where one of the main ingredients in the sauce was mustard. He LoVeD it! I called him out on his “allergy” and he finally confessed he just didn’t like it 😂

No canned goods???? If somebody has to deliver my canned goods they may as well deliver everything else. I think Wmt was trying to compete with Amazon and fell way short. Thanks for letting me vent.

Hi Mandy, my favorite way to make the Rolo and pretzel snack is to put a pecan or pecan half on top. It’s like a turtle. The m&m way is chocolate on chocolate. That’s too much of the same thing. I hope you’ll try it with the pecan. It’s the best snack ever! I love your whole family including the cat.
I make a dip with cream cheese on the bottom, top with no bean chili and top with shredded Mexican cheese. It’s nice to see Gracie Lou. She is so sweet. I love the easy dessert. Great recipes forSuper Bowl.❤️

I would love to hear the Walmart story. They treated us badly at Sam's and we haven't darkened their door since. Walmart here is all self-serve except for one line. I find other local retailers happy to take our money and running their own registers! What we cannot buy we resort to Amazon or local farmers markets. Wally World's loss.....

The upside down trick is to tell you where to use scissors and cut the parchment paper corners in so the sheet fits properly in the bottom of the pan. You could also shave off some of the height, so to speak.
Mandy, I wish I had a special kitchen trick for you, but I don’t. What I do have is a huge appreciation for your recipes and making it fun. To line a baking dish with parchment paper just flip the pan over and center the paper over it. Then with scissors clip from the corner of the paper to the corner of the dish.. When you put the paper inside the pan the corners will slide over one another and you wont have that wad of crunkled paper to deal with

Mandy and Steven love how loving and full of fun you all have. A couple ideas for pretzel candy. Instead of M & M use a pecan or a peanut M & M Also the mini rollos have no wrappers. Also for the parchment paper for fudge cut your paper as wide as your pan and cut 2 strips and criss cross them in the pan. Fits nicely and just lift out the paper with excess. Peppers can be wrapped in egg roll wrappers after they are stuffed. That way they are all contained with a crispy out side. Enjoy the video today.😂😇
Canned food never expires. Not unless the can is dented or swollen or leaking. Older cans don't have expiration dates. they're just trying to sell more
I make similar bean dip! We do beans, sour cream, pace, cheese then layer another round on top. It is amazing! Always asked for to bring to parties! 😍 love watching you all!
My husband says he does not like cream cheese either. So when we are discussing new recipes he asks what’s in it. I always just say cheese then when it comes to real cheese I say o look more cheese. He eats and loves it.

Hey Mandy! My mom used to make something very similar to the bean dip...she would cook a pound of ground beef and taco seasoning, drain it, then mix in a can of refried beans and a jar of salsa. She'd add a thick layer of cheese and bake it; once it came out of the oven, she would top it with sour cream & serve it with Tortilla chips for dinner. Honestly, we used to call it dog food because it was ugly BUT it was DELICIOUS!!

Thank you for these easy appetizers! I've made the Rolo pretzels before but put half a pecan on top. Another easy one is popped popcorn (I use the microwave kind) drizzled with melted white chocolate. I used a spoon to drizzle the white chocolate and stirred it often to distribute it. It's a great salty/sweet treat.

Yummy apps Mandy, thanks for the great ideas. I think what Martha Stewart does to fit parchment is she wads it all up into a crumpled ball & that takes the stiffness out so it goes into the corners. I've seen some Chefs dampen the parchment just a bit & it also gets soft. But my go to is Reynolds Wrap NON-STICK aluminum foil - a game changer! I always use it for everything. My 3 ingred recipe is: 1) 1 block of cream cheese spread thin onto a platter or big plate + 2) 1 Can Hormel Chili (I usually pick turkey w/NO BEANS) + shredded cheese & nuke or bake to golden bubbly. Serve with Tortilla Chips & make 2 bc kids "WOOF" this down like vacuum cleaners! The thin schmeer might be ok for Steven right? Hope u try it!
I can totally understand how Stephen acquired his fear of cream cheese. I thought I didn't like sour cream for YEARS because the only way I had ever been exposed to it was in these "desserts" my sister-in-law used to make with Jello and sour cream and some kind of canned fruit. (Don't laugh; stuff like that was big in the 60's.) Finally somebody talked me into trying it on a baked potato, and that was my gateway drug. now I just love it, and get panicky if I don't have at least a couple of tubs of it in the fridge. For anything Mexican or Southwest-y, pasta salads, and lots of other savory dishes. But I'm never going to out it in Jello.
I've made the Oreo fudge before. You have to "drain" the cookie pieces in a colander first so your fudge will be whiter and not so "muddy" looking. Love your channel!❤
I so wish you could buy gluten-free Pillsbury dough 😫 Hubs is Celiac, and we can convert most of your recipes to gf. Just crumple up your parchment paper into a ball, uncrumple it and it forms easily to your pan. Wetting it beforehand helps, too.

Just an idea. When you cut dough into square for cups. Try placing in dough on top of pan. And then slice them an push squares in the cups.

You can buy rollos in the candy bar section with the snickers bars, etc.. they are not wrapped individually. 😊
Parchment paper works great if you first crumple it all the way up, then it fits into the pans better.
If you can get rosarita brand refried beans try those. You can even get jalapeno refried beans.

Canned food never expires. Not unless the can is dented or swollen or leaking. Older cans don't have expiration dates. they're just trying to sell more
I make similar bean dip! We do beans, sour cream, pace, cheese then layer another round on top. It is amazing! Always asked for to bring to parties! 😍 love watching you all!

Cream cheese is soooo overdone in cooking videos!! I have unsubscribed from a TH-camr because it seems to be her special ingredient! I like cream cheese but don’t use it very often. I can’t believe my husband doesn’t come here asking me what I’m laughing at. I would have to tell him just another crazy southern husband out of control!!!

Mandy, I got 4 min into this video and laughed so hard at the Scooter story! I have cracked ribs so it hurt to laugh but I needed it. My husband will not touch seafood at all and we had a tiff over contamination on a plate (he doesn't like things touching each other) I had a moment and brought up the sins of his food preferences and how I already raised a child and before I walked out of the room I said BTW For 9 years you have been eating anchovies in our pasta sauce I busted out laughing and he looked so confused! i'm going to finish your video now and thank you for being you!

Hey Mandy! My mom used to make something very similar to the bean dip...she would cook a pound of ground beef and taco seasoning, drain it, then mix in a can of refried beans and a jar of salsa. She'd add a thick layer of cheese and bake it; once it came out of the oven, she would top it with sour cream & serve it with Tortilla chips for dinner. Honestly, we used to call it dog food because it was ugly BUT it was DELICIOUS!!

Thank you for these easy appetizers! I've made the Rolo pretzels before but put half a pecan on top. Another easy one is popped popcorn (I use the microwave kind) drizzled with melted white chocolate. I used a spoon to drizzle the white chocolate and stirred it often to distribute it. It's a great salty/sweet treat.
Hey Y'all my favorite refried beans are Luck's pinto beans, just put in pan add garlic, onion powder and cumin mash with fork and heat through best refried beans ever. 🥰

Yummy apps Mandy, thanks for the great ideas. I think what Martha Stewart does to fit parchment is she wads it all up into a crumpled ball & that takes the stiffness out so it goes into the corners. I've seen some Chefs dampen the parchment just a bit & it also gets soft. But my go to is Reynolds Wrap NON-STICK aluminum foil - a game changer! I always use it for everything.
My 3 ingred recipe is:
1) 1 block of cream cheese spread thin onto a platter or big plate + 2) 1 Can Hormel Chili (I usually pick turkey w/NO BEANS) + shredded cheese & nuke or bake to golden bubbly. Serve with Tortilla Chips & make 2 bc kids "WOOF" this down like vacuum cleaners! The thin schmeer might be ok for Steven right? Hope u try it!
I can totally understand how Stephen acquired his fear of cream cheese. I thought I didn't like sour cream for YEARS because the only way I had ever been exposed to it was in these "desserts" my sister-in-law used to make with Jello and sour cream and some kind of canned fruit. (Don't laugh; stuff like that was big in the 60's.)
Finally somebody talked me into trying it on a baked potato, and that was my gateway drug. now I just love it, and get panicky if I don't have at least a couple of tubs of it in the fridge. For anything Mexican or Southwest-y, pasta salads, and lots of other savory dishes. But I'm never going to out it in Jello.
I've made the Oreo fudge before. You have to "drain" the cookie pieces in a colander first so your fudge will be whiter and not so "muddy" looking. Love your channel!❤
I so wish you could buy gluten-free Pillsbury dough 😫 Hubs is Celiac, and we can convert most of your recipes to gf. However, nothing like Pillsbury is available....at least not in 🇨🇦
