Yep, a bit let down by this one. As you said it had all the parts but it never quite got there!! And as for my favourite werewolf movie has to be American werewolf in London!!!
Knowing it was a hobo chasing them, not a wolf or wolf-like creature, just made the scenes ridiculous, not scary. I started laughing here and there. I mean, there are 1980s movies, as well as some B-grade movies that did a better job...
@@BoxOfChocolatez Nope, it was a hobo and entire movie is copying ideas from others. Wolf POV - Dog Soldiers and 2010 Wolfman. A disease rather than a curse - Wer. Also, extremely predictable, bad dialogues, long wait for a pay off that never comes... Oh, and a hobo instead of a wolf 🤣🤣
I’d love to see a grounded vampire film again. Next door neighbor just moved in, dude or a family of vampires take.
It's not a movie, but the Interview with a Vampire show is really good.
Another show would be Midnight Mass, it's kind of more on the grounded side.
Give the film ‘Wer’ 2013 a go , it takes abit of a diffent take on the genre also Howl , dog soldiers , wolf 1994 ,

I haven't seen Trap but it's way better than all the others.

Well I'd say it was at least wolf-like, but not nearly threatening enough.
