This Ishimori Woodstone Vintage Lacquered alto came to us having played Thousands of gigs and needing some TLC! Judging from the lacquer wear, it had been played a lot and loved super hard. We took it all the way apart and gave it an extensive ultrasonic bath and nearly an overhaul consisting of replacing all the rusted parts, replacing most of the pads, and cleaning/oiling it from top to bottom. After being brought back to life, this alto is REALLY singing and sealing perfectly just like a brand new one fresh from Japan! It needs nothing and is gig ready.
Although there is some significant lacquer loss, there is no major scratching or denting. The neck remains pulldown free and the bottom bow is perfect and dent free. This will NOT be available for long so hurry 😮‍💨🙌❤️
