Great presentation. My only issue is with Samsung. I have had issues with Samsung phones and TVs. I bought a Samsung TV at Target, it lasted exactly 2 years, and I had to throw it away. I called technical support and they told me there was nothing they could do. Sony, on the other hand, has one of the best customer service in the industry. Comparing Samsung to Sony, is like comparing Ford with BMW, no contest!
