I'm so sorry about the gluten mishap- I have celiac disease and will wash my hands after touching gluten. I recommend telling the waiters you have celiac disease to make sure everything is safe- people pay more attention that way. Happy knitting 💚🧶💚

Hi Beth. I'm with you on night driving in Rhinebeck area, well, Dutchess County. I think it was three years ago, we arrived at Newark, rented a car, and the rain was torrential. I was terrified. It took three or 3.5 hours to make an hour and half/two hour drive. I was a wreck the entire drive. Anyway, love the new vest. Look fabulous over the denim dress.
I drove that time too and it was horrific! By the time I got to my hotel I was so rattled and relieved. Anyhow the next morning I went to get in the rental car and I must have been beside myself the night before because It was the craziest parking job ever! 🤣🤣🤣. Thanks for watching. Hope all is well. Will you be going to VKL this year? Love to catch up if you are 🩷

Over the years, I’ve vacillated between being totally project monogamous and having several WIPs scattered throughout my house. Lately, I have found that my comfort zone is around 3 projects - 2 large (sweater, vest) and 1 small (socks, hat) but I feel scattered when it comes to when and how much time I devote to each project. Sure thing! The tag on the bag says Cottontail Farm. Hope that helps. Oh Portmeirion did such a good business here in Bermuda. So popular on the island and definitely suited our outdoor/garden lifestyle. Such great designs.

Hi - love your sweaters. Does the 28 gage for the Bermie basic have other gages within the pattern? So if I got any other gage for fingering yarn, this pattern would work for me? Trying to figure out what the difference is for the 2 fingering patterns - beside one gage is up to 28 and 1 gage is up to 26. Love your videos.
Its just one pattern per gauge. I would suggest you knit up a swatch with your fingering weight yarn and then select the pattern on what gauge you like. Happy knitting!
Hi there - not a southern flag but an antique American Flag. It has 48 stars on it which dates it between 1912 and 1959 (pre Hawaii and Alaska). I also have an old British flag on the wall too and a very old Canadian ensign flag which is too big to frame. The American and British flags were all my Grandfathers when he was the Alderman of the City of Hamilton, Bermuda's capital city. The flag pole on Front Street in Hamilton is now in memorial of my Grandfather.

Hi - love your sweaters. Does the 28 gage for the Bermie basic have other gages within the pattern? So if I got any other gage for fingering yarn, this pattern would work for me? Trying to figure out what the difference is for the 2 fingering patterns - beside one gage is up to 28 and 1 gage is up to 26.

Its just one pattern per gauge. I would suggest you knit up a swatch with your fingering weight yarn and then select the pattern on what gauge you like. Happy knitting!

Why do you display the southern flag?
Hi there - not a southern flag but an antique American Flag. It has 48 stars on it which dates it between 1912 and 1959 (pre Hawaii and Alaska). I also have an old British flag on the wall too and a very old Canadian ensign flag which is too big to frame. The American and British flags were all my Grandfathers when he was the Alderman of the City of Hamilton, Bermuda's capital city. The flag pole on Front Street in Hamilton is now in memorial of my Grandfather.
