The music used is "Carinosa" a folkdance where he did his Rap. He is is "Tisoy" half-bred like you but only on the skin being white, but the look is Filipino more. He expresses resentment being teased as foreigner or maybe a "Buidoy" someone left in the country by by a fleeing marine or GI maybe. Bruno Mars is one who struggled with this circumstance but made good and attained World recognition. He himself is using that but until he gets there, I could understand the rage.
