Holy crap, as a rhythm game player whos always dreamed of my skills transfering over to actual piano, this would be amazing. As someone who has never played a single song on piano I could put on a vr set or augmented reality set like this in the future and just bust out some music. Amazing.
Sounds fun but it’s ultimately bad for humans and bad for music, imo. Learning how to read music isn’t difficult at all. I could teach you how to read music in less than two hours of lesson time and you would know forever. Sheet music is kind of like a rhythm game and actually takes neuron activation.
@@COOLFRIEND I think it's ultimately better for humans and music, there's obviously a limit to how good you can get with the pianovision, but it may make some people want to learn more, and then help them start playing piano with sheet music and all that stuff

Downloaded this the other day. Great program but could use some improvements. Music selection is all royalty free so your not going to find any music that isn't fair use. You can add songs via midi files IF they are formatted correctly. Other key features missing or should be added: bpm should be able to be set with a slider, slowing a song down by 50% shouldn't take 50 taps. At least add some buttons for common % (75,50,25 etc). Also please add the ability to set loop points, so you don't have to practice the whole song all at once. It's easier to learn if you can practice in small sections, then piece it all together.

Did you use the aligning tool that is located on the left side ?
